Space is way too small, ice cream is good but over-priced, and the employees don’t know what they’re doing. Asked one about a flavor and she looked at me like I was speaking another language. Toppings are 95¢ EACH and the milkshakes don’t come with any. My partner asked for “whipped cream and extra cherries” and they added cherries to his milkshake BEFORE blending it and a tiny squirt of whipped cream. Always a great experience with reasonable prices! They are not over priced like Dairy Queen is! They give you a lot of value for you visit! Wish I had a Rita's closer to me in Buffalo NY!

Great new staff and always willing to offer help when deciding. Has a great location with great walking distance to many areas in erie while enjoying a treat, and the ice and custard is always fresh! Not to mention the store itself is always clean!
