came here today for lunch, ask for extra chicken and cheese on my belle grande and that didn't happen. got maybe 4 pieces of chicken . asked for sauces they didn't give me any, when I came back thru and asked the lady acted like it was a huge deal and basically threw them. food not worth the price!

We got food for 5 people tonight and not even that much and it was 70$!!!.. wth!? If your going to charge steakhouse prices for fast food at least hire people who know how to make the food worth that!! None of our food was good, tacos were soggy, chalupas we're not fried enough at all, and the quesadillas had almost NO sauce they were dry!! Wth is going on!?? 70$ for some tacos and the food is garbage!!! Our family is done with Taco Bell this is just ridiculous and not ok!

I ordered online 2 craving boxes. I was waiting for my order to be ready and it took forever . So I inquired with staff about the order, then they started to prepare my order. When i got my order, I was missing 2 things in my order. They fix that. I started to eat and realized i got chicken chloopa instead of bean. I am vegetarian and due to religious purposes I don’t eat meat. Taco bell has to understand and train employees to avoid such a mistake. Not everyone eats meat!
