Service was very slow. Our order was wrong! I've been going here for a very long time and have never experienced the service I received tonight. Busy Friday night and only 2 people working. They were out of a lot of stuff including meats to make subs. No steak for steak salad. I was asked the open the bag for my food because she could not open with gloves on and she left me hanging and I had to bag my good myself. All the people waiting were not in a good mood! If you live in Erie and have not come here, you are an idiot....We stopped for lunch on our way from Rochester to Pittsburgh. Wonderful. The macaroni salad and potato salad with a chicken Philly sandwich and Ricotta knot cookies......

The food is great and the staff is friendly but the restaurant is a bit dirty, the restrooms were awful and look like they haven’t been cleaned in about 10 years, absolutely disgusting.
