My family and I were extremely happy with our visit. The food was good but our server Adam was SPECTACULAR! We never once had to ask for anything. Our drinks were always full and he was so genuinely nice. Not a nice because it's your job nice. A class act for sure.
It was a great meal and I had boxed up my leftovers and gone to the bathroom for no more than five minutes and when I returned my box was gone and the table was cleared.

The buns are incredible and immediate. They grab them hot as they go by to seat you. Great service there is always someone close to help. The steak was perfect and delicious. The only disappointment were the vegetables. Over cooked and really salty. But who goes to a steak house for vegetables eh?

Wow, just visitedTXRH on friday near 5p on april 5th. Were seated quickly, food came out a little slow, but hey it's a friday so no complaints. Wife and I ordered the exact same steak and doneness. Her steak was juicy and pink as a medium should be...Mine was gray and dry and nearly burnt as could be, an xtra-well-done like a medium steak should NOT be. Although disappointed, I tried to eat it a piece as to not be wasteful, but it was like leather and gross. So, I pleasantly asked a server to take it back, not a problem. About 4 min later a manager came by, I was pleasant, manager was pleasant and kind, and said was going to go to the kitchen and check on the progress of my refire steak. Here's was the problem, 25 min later NO steak and NO manager follow up. 25 min later! Family was done eating, and I asked server to cancel my steak and give us a check. Even the server was surprised steak didnt come out. Manager came and said she removed the steak as if she was doing me a favor...um, it's not a favor to remove a food item that was never provided to a customer!Anyway, theyre a big business that does HUGE business so I'm just a pebble of customer, thus I left with a smile. I do promise the Erie Roadhouse a favor, however, my family and I wont come back. Big threat from a pebble! But, seriously, steak is one of the easiest things to cook and if they cant do that right...

Being Easter and closing early at 8:00, we arrived at 6:00. May I say we are visiting from Kentucky. When our waitress ( never gave her name, but had very un-natural eyelashes that came to the table be for her) came to get our drink order was upset because we were still waiting on an extra guest. She said," does the front desk know? I know that they didn't put a sign up, but we close early tonight. Our guest, had never been there before. Our waitress, was at our table for his drink order before his butt was all the way on the seat. He ask for coffee. Her response was, I will have to make some, would you like something else? His drink came. She wanted our order. Our guest hadn't even had a chance to look at the menu. Ordered an app to give him time.She came back minutes later took our orders. Our app came. No problem. Another server brought them. We waited forever for our dinners. She asked us to cut into our steak to make sure they were done right, when I told her they were over done, she walked away and disappeared. One of our sides was missing. I had to find a different server to find my server to make it right. The other server came to the table found out what was missing, and that it could be brought in a to-go. Our server brought it to the table with hands full of cleaning supplies. Dropped it on the table. I asked for a box. She asked if we all needed boxes. My husband replied that he wasn't done eating and didn't know. She brought boxes for everyone. She said, " I brought boxes for everyone, a bag to put them in and your bill as she dropped them in front of me. She proceeded to clean, spraying and wiping all the tables right around us, making us more uncomfortable than when we just sat down. The Texas Roadhouse will probably never be visited by our family member ever again anywhere, or by us in Erie.We did still tip her, but she really messed up because we tip well over what is suggested and only tipped a fair amount.Denise B
