I cannot say enough about this bakery. I typically stop in every so often for a cookie or brownie. Since I love the items I've purchased, I decided to order cookies for my niece's baby shower. I took one of her favors in to show the staff what the theme was. I let them decide what would be best for the cookies in terms of colors, shapes, etc. THEY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! I was so impressed that I had to hug her when she helped me out to my car with the cookies. They were perfect! They were boxed carefully, they were so soft and fresh, they had beautiful colors, they added her name and date of the shower to some of them, and even gave me a "mother and daughter" cookie box. I was so impressed. Since I did not ask for a quote when I placed the order, when she told me the price I was floored. I did not expect the price to be so reasonable for special order cookies. My niece's shower was perfect, and the cookies had so many compliments. What a wonderful addition to a special day! This bakery is just wonderful all the way around :-)

Got cupcakes for my birthday here, and really wasn't impressed, and was surprised given all of the good reviews. Maybe I just came on a bad day? The cupcakes were soooo dry, like crumbling apart dry, and the icing was way over sweetened. The vanilla and triple chocolate cupcakes were horrible. The cookie dough one was pretty good; the icing had a bit more substance to it than the mounds of sugary vanilla and chocolate on the other ones. The girl working was incredibly nice and helpful, but after eating one of the cupcakes after I got home, I would never go back.

I’ve been working in the town of Erie for 6 years. I live in southern Ohio, and I have visited this establishment multiple times in my time in Erie. Let me tell you, these cookies are fantastic, the pumpkin roll? Impeccable. Cupcakes? Astronomically delicious. The turnovers, don’t even get me started. Hands down the greatest sweet shop I’ve been to. The owners and staff are super friendly and accommodating. They answer all questions, and their recommendations are always perfect.
