The food really has gone down hill. We don't get pizza very often from here because when we do get the hot and ready it has usually been sitting for awhile and it is cold and burnt.

9:00 should be early enough to close. Can't wait until after hours to have a Christmas party?! Waste of gas and time. Your customers are the reason you're in business! Agree with others about not cut properly and started skimping on cheese recently.

If I could give this place no stars, I would! We bought two medium hot and readies, got them home & they never ever cut them properly! We have even ordered pizzas that were not the hot and readies, they still couldn’t cut them properly!! It’s not rocket science, cutting a pizza is very very simple!

It's nice to walk in and get my order from the holding 9ven at the side of the customer counter. Hot añd ready. Zesty breàd stick's were awesome.Vegetarian options: We often get veggie pizza. However there's not a lot of veggies on the pizza, especially for the much higher cost.

I frequently get hot n’ readys. Half of the time, they’re made perfect, crispy and delicious. Other half of the time, it’s doughy and pieces aren’t cut all the way through with cutter. Still would recommend for convenience of a quick meal.

I was waited on a young man named Ezra, he was polite and very friendly! He deserves a gold star , a happy face and a nice smile to greet people!! U don't get a lot of that in this day and age anymore, hurray for Ezra!!!

Im sure this is a little caesars thing and not not just a girard thing, but pretty annoyed to have to have to create an online order just to order a pretzel crust, not sure what the point if that is, we still ordered the rest if our food in store because we were already in the process of ordering when informed pretzel crust would need to be a separate order....food isnt that good so i most likely wont purchase their food again.

I ordered online from the Girard location a few weeks ago, went in & sat there for over a 1/2 hr, if not longer, past the time my order should have been ready. I even gave the girl at the counter my name, & l let them know there were pizzas in the portal, but no names on the screen. Upon looking at them myself, none of these orders were ours, according to the stickers on the boxes. The girl working, still didn't have much to say or try to fix it. Finally a guy sitting in there waiting for his pizzas spoke up & said "you must have a big order" and when I said no, it was just 1 pizza & bread sticks the girl checked on the counter and sure enough it had been sitting back there for who knows how long. No apology given or discount, nothing. Half the time I order, it isn't correct, but the straw that broke the camels back was when I tried placing an order online today for a pretzel crust pizza. I kept getting an error saying it wasn't working (mind you it was before I had the option to enter my payment) & stated to call in the order. I called and was told the pretzel crust was only available online, so I explained to him that there was something wrong with the online ordering. He was very rude about it and said there was nothing he could do and asked if I wanted something else instead. I feel that I've given them the benefit of the doubt more than enough times & nothing has changed, unfortunately, so I will be ordering from somewhere else this summer.
