I usually go to this location because it’s near where I live and I love subway. Ive never had a problem up until today with the owner/manager. I came in with a couple friends and ordered subs, one that I’ve had numerous times. I asked “Cindy” what she recommended on the sandwich and she was very unknowledgeable about what went on this sandwich. She recommended sweet onion sauce and I said yeah, let’s give it a try and I paid almost $16 for the combo. The sub tasted very strange and I asked her if I could have it remade or if I could have a discount and she denied me. I looked in the sandwich and there was a dark brown hair in the sub (My hair is blonde) I didn’t even want to go back up to the counter to talk to her because she was so snappy and rude to me, she said “I’m not remaking this sub just because you don’t like the sauce”. Horrible experience this time, if the owner is there you might as well not even go in. She’s snappy, rude and not a nice person. Thank you Cindy for making me have to go to my car to count change from my cup holder just to afford a remake of the sub with a different sauce and the rest of the items it was missing.

Do not place online orders.If you do, be sure to thoroughly check what you pick up before you leave.I ordered a cold cut sub with extra tomato and onion, chipotle sauce, and mayonnaise.I received a plain, dry cold cut sub... no extras or sauces.If it hadn't been so skinny and light, I might not have known anything was amiss until I'd gotten home 10 miles away.The website issue is not news to the crew.The owner, chris galdon, will respond to the online "subway experience" survey. I'm not impressed. Don't expect anything beyond platitudes.

Went there on sunday for brunch with my boyfriend and had a bad experience. I had the breakfast burger and it wasn't cooked-raw in the middle, so I ate around it. It wasn't that great, the flavors they were trying to produce were not hitting the target. When I told the manager about my burger being raw they were great about it and even sent us a dessert that was delicious! My boyfriend had the portobello benedict and he said it was pretty good. Unfortunately, we have been feeling pretty sick ever since. It's four days later and we both still do not feel right.

As I walked into Subway I immediately had asked the two employees how they were and said hello. The two employees said nothing in response and just continued to look right at me. As I reached the counter one of them just shook their head no at me, then proceeded to walk to the backroom without saying a word. I'm honestly having trouble understanding what was so wrong about a friendly greeting but I can definitely find something wrong with their welcome greeting.

Ordered a salad online and selected regular for the amount of ranch, got the salad and it was DRENCHED in ranch. Couldn’t have been a mistake because my mom ordered a salad and hers was drenched in dressing too. Drenched all the way to the bottom of the bowl with both of the dressings, made me too sick to even eat, completely defeated the purpose of a salad.

Like going here for a lunch or dinner. Nothing fancy but the food is always good and you can make your sandwich/salad the way you want it. The help is super nice and friendly. They are helpful if you are unsure of something. Worth your time to stop by.
