As everyone knows the wait lines are horrendous. I would eat here more if they made it easier. They used to have curbside delivery where you could order online and pull up to the front and have your food brought out to you. Now you have to wait in extremely long lines and sometimes you get your food before the people in front of you making you sit there with your hot food getting cold until they get their food and can drive off. Terrible customer service!
I love their food. I’m not in the area very often, but when I do, a Chick-fil-A run is in my plans. Their customer service is top notch. Bathrooms are clean. I love their original chicken sandwich, nuggets, frosted lemonade, Greek yogurt parfait, mmmmmm Mac n cheese, etc. I will return on my next visit to the area.
