The first thing that I didn’t like was we stood at the register waiting to order. There were at least 5 employees that looked at us but never said anything. We finally ordered I got a beef and cheddar. The beef was sliced very thick and it was cold. My boyfriend’s sandwich was ok (he got chicken) but he ordered curly fries and instead he got half curly and half crinkly. We both ordered a medium fry but they gave us both two small fries. After during some traveling around Harrisburg, I definitely needed a bite to eat. Arby's is my go-to place for a quick bite. This location was close to my hotel, staff friendly and courteous.

The food was very good on our visit today, plenty of meat on our sandwiches, and pleasant service.Update: The food was ok, but the service was still exceptional on this particular visit. The manager even gave us a discount on our meal, because my son mentioned that the beef on his sandwich wasn't sliced normal the last time, lol. We weren't complaining, but she still went ahead with the discount. Nice customer service!
