Love their pretzels, especially when they just have finished baking. My wife would ask that the pretzels be dipped again in the melted butter. It didn't matter if the were fresh and just had been dipped 20 seconds ago, she would ask they be dipped again.
The service was a tad slow. But when it did come the worker added extra pretzel nuggets for our wait. The staff were very kind and respectful. I recommend you stop by of your shopping around the mall.

Stopped by for a quick pretzel while passing by. Around mid-afternoon location wasn’t crowded. 2-3 people in line in front. Service was just average. Place was neat and clean. Display case was empty and didn’t have much to show. Have always loved their soft pretzels but somehow this place disappointed me. They were just ok, nothing great this time. Will go to a different location next time.
