Tyler absolutely kills it at the bar! Expresso martini and a leeche martini is his wheel house. Food is always great too! They have an awesome happy hour too from 5-7 I believe. One of the best places in the Harrisburg area to eat!
Staff and food were amazing! I had the short ribs with kimchi fried rice and it did not disappoint!!! Ribs were tender and the rice had the right amount of spice and flavor. The staff were very attentive and gave recommendations. Excellent date night or just an outing with friends. I will be back if I'm ever in the area.

It was $180 for myself, my husband and two daughters. We ordered dessert because none of us liked our dinners, but each shared one so two desserts were purchased. I don't know, the kimchi fried rice really didn't go with the short rib, which was kind of fatty, and the girls didn't like their pad Thai. My oldest daughter kept saying you need to get it at a real Thai place. Used to be excellent and I was excited.

I proceeded to go upstairs for 2nd floor night club setting and low and behold the employee working the door stopped me and said no shorts are aloud upstairs. Its like 80 degrees out at night and they have a no shorts policy. I went back downstairs and talked to a few people hanging out front including a waitress and they all agreed the sign on the entrance does not say any restrictions for shorts among its weird rules posted. I was dressed up in dress shorts and shirt and apparently OK for 1st floor drinking and eating and tipping

We too our daughter and her husband for Valentine's Day and felt fortunate to get a late-date reservation at 8:00 pm. We had a little wait but got a table near the rear of the room. Our waitress was very personable and full of energy at that time of night and answered every question we had about our options. We had wine and some appetizers then 3 of the 4 of us ordered the tuna - which was OUTSTANDING! The roses after the meal were a nice touch, and it was a wonderful evening. If we lived in the city, we be going here more often.

Really disappointed with the sarcasm from the server tonight. I stayed as polite as possible because it was my birthday- but after having a round of drinks and apps and being asked in a condescending manner if We WERE GOING to order entrees? Was absolutely RUDE. We were enjoying the company of our party and didn’t feel the need to be asked that. And yes we did order entrees , apps, two rounds of drinks… food was salty… calamari and soba noodles with the sea bass.. that’s beyond the point, versus the treatment… Our money is just as good as the non ethnic tables next to us. I hate to feel that we were discriminated against our race, but let’s be honest, we were the only ones of our kind, and our money is as good as the next. Shame on you for Cafe Fresco. I used to enjoy patronizing this restaurant- but never again. Our hefty tab was left with a gracious tip, however will never ever return. What a way to spend a birthday dinner.

Another delicious dinner at Cafe Fresco. Always pleasantly greeted by the hostess, promptly taken to our seat (we did make a reservation), and than greeted by our server. We had a new server last night and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable of the specials for the night and the menu in general. The atmosphere was great, they were busy but things seemed to be flowing perfectly. Dinner was absolutely delicious. After dinner, we moved to the bar to enjoy a drink and dessert with one of the best bartenders in the business.

Came here to visit my childhood friend and it was a great pick. Bartender was nice and kept checkin in on us. The food was good and cheap. Came for happy hour and it was only $6-8 which is a great deal in this economy. Vibe inside the bar was good nice and quiet for a catch up place.

Great little lunch place. Check out Local Flavor for great coupons. The service has restyled into order from a counter, pour your own beverage, and receive your order at the table. The Chef makes the best level lunch. Simple and on point flavors... hidden gem.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time experiencing this place for New Years Eve (we experienced NYE menu). Their cocktails were great - we had Espresso Martini x2, Pineapple Infusion, and White Lotus. We ordered the chicken dumplings as a starter which was delightful. For the entree, we had the Filet Lo Mein and Braised Short Rib Both were phenomenal plates! We had the crème brûlée as our dessert. The food and drinks were amazing. We had an awesome server as well. He was attentive and checked enough. He was well informed on our questions with different drinks and plates. He had good recommendations for us to decide. We will be back soon!
