This store had really kind and friendly customer service our visit. The my were busy, but the line went quick and our food was great. I tried some of their vegetarian meat and it was very tasty. They have some great new bottled drinks snd 4 kinds of lemonade plus a soda machine Nice location and great job on your hiring Chipotle!

I usually never have an issue going to this certain location but this time I did and it was completely unacceptable. This location has a drive thru lane which after a long day at work was much appreciated. I was behind 2 cars and each car above me was at least a 5 minute wait each. Then finally came my turn. I sat there for probably 10 minutes before they even bothered to take my name. I knew was order was ready as I ordered it in enough time for me to simply drive through the lane and pick it up. The amount of workers that saw me and didn't even bother to help was disgusting. She didn't even bother to apologize for my wait or anything. Actually seemed appalled that I even was there or needed anything. If you don't like your job or customers, don't even bother to work in customer service. I really hope someone sees this and improves that location. The only thing that restaurant has going for them is their name. And they forgot my damn fajita vegetables. Do better!

First time getting lunch from this Chipotle. Got a basic rice bowl and was shocked that the rice was undercooked. Not just a little..it was basically crunchy. Would have returned it if I had more time. However, I was amazed at the super friendly service as everyone had great smiles and seemed happy to fill orders during the lunch rush. Store was super clean and will definitely give it another try. Just please doublecheck the rice.

GARBAGE !!!I love Chipotle but this location is Horrific and Scary.APP order said Order ready for Pickup (1 bag). Get there and order is not even prepared yet. NO White rice, NO brown rice, NO chicken, NO QUESO even tho I put in my QUESO 24 free promo code.....Was told 20-25 minutes for rice to be prepped and order could not be deleted.So..... substituted protein, no rice, no Free Queso, but my $$$$$ was taken. Bottom line is --- AVOID this location, especially with an hour or 2 before closing.

Walked in the man at counter said he really didn’t feel like filling our order. Asked for 2 scoops of meat. Didn’t get it asked for sweet sauce and tomato salsa extra on side. Didn’t get it. Cold food. Terrible. I will ALWAYS go to the one on union deposit road. Never had a bad dinner from

Did you ever notice that the closer to Harrisburg city a business is, the worse it is? Compare any business that has locations on the east and west Shores. The difference is shocking.

Charged me way too much and the food made me sick like flu symptoms. The worst Chipotle ever. Plus the staff didn't look like they wanted to help anyone. And some of them don't know English. Some of the employees were also pretty rude like in customers way. Also the fountain drinks was around the other side of food area and they didn't have glass bottle fruit drinks. Very little of selection for drinks on shelf. CLOSE THIS CHIPOTLE RESTAURANT LOCATION
They always run out of salsa... sour cream.... basically all sides....and I'm only speaking on the one on linglestown rd hbg

Came for lunch break there was only one person on line, lady took 20 minutes to complete one simple bowl and other employees just standing around laughing and talking amongst themselves rather than help get people in and out. Terrible customer service and poor staff management. I suggest going to a different

I would rate negative if I could. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, was pretty much closed at 9:29 when we got there to order after a long day. I couldn’t get half the stuff I usually get on my bowl because all the cold stuff was already either put away or they were too lazy. On top of that I was charged full price on everything even though I couldn’t get half the stuff I wanted and the food was TERRIBLE, over seasoned, rice was underdone and same with the beans. Everyone was rude and I had a terrible experience
