This is the second time I’ve eaten here. Very excellent service. Especially for as busy as it was. This was a Wednesday and it was pretty full in here. The food is top-notch. They bring you a basket of buns that are warm with whip butter. As an appetizer, I ordered mini crabcakes. I’m pretty fussy about my crabcakes. And these were made extremely well with large clumps of crab. And they came with. I would call it a sweet chili sauce. With a small salad between in the middle. It had four of the crabcakes around the little salad. from my main course, I ordered the seared scallops they came with. I would call it a cauliflower mash that was kind of chunky. Very very good! The scallops were cooked to perfection! And also came with a side of broccoli. I was extremely happy with the service. The waitress was very attentive to your needs, and made sure that you had your beverages full. they were prompt on delivering the food and they were prompt on carrying away your dirty dishes. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody. My associate that was visiting me had dinner had the filet mignon, 8 ounce and an order of shrimp. He was very happy with his fillet, and it was cooked to his liking.Parking: Plenty of parking throughout the plaza.

First time here and it was everything I was hoping for...great atmosphere...nice large bar...plentiful tvs for viewing...great menu with daily lunch and dinner specials...an extended room off to the back with another bar and pool tables...outside area for warm weather...had the crabcake with flounder and it was delicious...mostly scratch kitchen to make everything fresh...large following of regulars...terrific and knowledgeable bar service...definitely a good experience

Very rude wait staff, server had attitude and seemed impatient, very unpleasant to deal with. No manager on duty either when asked and the older server lady who did follow up wasn't too keen on checking with us either and was unpleasant as well. Customer service is not a priority at this establishment.

This restaurant really nailed going above and beyond my expectations. The service was professional and the staff well trained. The decor of the dining room was subtle and the high backed booths were very private. The food was outstanding all of us were very satisfied with our meals and price was very reasonable. I wish I had tried Gilligan's sooner and I plan to make up for lost time by going back frequently.

Ordered Buffalo chicken strips to go. Got found out they gave me plain tenders. Went back asked for fresh Buffalo chicken strips because it was 15-20 round trip and they were cold. Two minutes later the hostess came back with the same strips microwaved. Not fresh just rubbery microwave strips. Offered no apology just handed me the same container I handed her when I walked in and then turned and walked away. I expect professional service and did not receive that at all. Buyer beware.

About every other year, we travel from Massachusetts to go to the Outdoor Show. Going to Gilligan's always completes the adventure. Last night, Angel took care of us 4 guys, and tonight was Resa (sorry on the spelling). Overall, especially Friday night, I watched the minimal wait staff function non-stop and yet with a smile and pleasant attitude. Thank you and the entire team for fun and great food. Joe.
