Employee are always friendly. They make you feel good. I did not expect this from a “chain” store. They give me mom and pop store feeling every time I go in.On top of that they are on point with instructions about how to customize your sandwiches. First time to a Jimmy John's, and the sandwiches were so good. Got three combos (plus chips and drink) to go - cost $35. They have an excellent variety of sandwiches/wraps that you won't find elsewhere. Cuban Sub was my choice. Others had a spicy sub and a spicy wrap. Everyone was happy. No complaints! Unfortunately, no Jimmy John's where we live.Parking: Store is located in a strip mall, so finding parking could be difficult.
