I showed up at 7:30pm requesting a 16 piece extra crispy bucket of chicken. Was told it would be 30 minutes before it would be ready. Asked the employee about what other accommodations could be made. They made no attempt to rectify the situation. They acted as if it was my fault for ordering the wrong item. I could understand if they were just closing. First time at this location and the service wasn’t very good. Cashier just looked miserable and answered her phone in the middle of taking our order. Food wasn’t hot and the biscuit tasted terrible. I won’t be back to this location and don’t recommend this location to

Pulled in drive through at820 and was informed the only thingthey have off menu was crispy chicken i responded i find it hard to beleive tgat then they said well were closing cause we got familys too furat off if ur working at kfc obviously fqmily isnt ur main priority and u applied for the job so man up and dont be a lazy pos . Do better kfc
