The atmosphere definitely struggles here, it’s extremely rundown. But the food is OK, there’s definitely better pho with better environments and better service out there. But if you’re stuck in this area, this pho is OK. Because it’s so rundown I sometimes have to ask about cleanliness before I come here.

The best Vietnamese food I’ve had. The brisket pho and spring rolls were so fresh, the pho being one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Charming place and lovely owners for a really fair price.

Quite possibly my favourite Pho place in central Pennsylvania. Delicious food, and the folks that operate the business are good people. Thank you!

Excellent authentic Vietnamese cuisine.Roast pork is delicious. Lemongrass chicken is good, but was lacking sodium. Noodle soups are all great. But the Bun Bo Hue was my least favorite out of all of them; still quite good though. The Banh Mi’s are excellent! And they use fresh bread from Ba Le Bakery in Philly! ?The prepackaged To-Go foods are also excellent!

If I could rate it zero stars! This place is horrible. They discriminate against customers. Ordering over the phone and placing an order in person yields different results each time. They served my soup with raw meat with cooked vegetables and noodles. This is a huge violation it can get you sick to eat blood from an uncooked Meat source. Everyone should know that especially in serving food to the public. It should never touch and be separated. It was only then did I see that they are discriminating against patrons. When you call it leaves no room for error and they bagged my food so nicely and perfect. And my raw eye round beef was placed in a plastic bag separated from the cooked meat and cooked components. I've seen them swap out fresh food with old food when they set the perishables out on the table all day. And the other number one reason is that I saw with my own eye the woman in the kitchen dig up her nose and pick her boogies and proceed to cook which was the most gross !! They're terrible and the cook picks her boogers. I would Never recommend! Th

Hands down, the best pho in the area. The vermicelli and crispy spring rolls are bangin, too. All ingredients are fresh and flavorful. We've tried a lot of pho--like, a lot, a lot-- and this place is better than any we've tried. They just nail it every time.

I changed my rating to one star because the customer service has become terrible. I use to order here weekly because I do enjoy the food. However the service is disgusting. They will not acknowledge you, speak unkindly when they do and just overall RUDE. I will never spend another dollar here. Pho 99 has excellent pho and you will be treated like a human no matter who you are!Parking: Not enough parking spots.

I've been coming here for almost 18 years since specific items on their menu are my favorite offered at any other Vietnamese restaurant in the area. The papaya salad with jerky and ap chao are some of my favorites, but they also have the BEST grilled pork in the area.

Recall when place had only several tables. Now has a hall of tables. Place has been around long enough to be a Harrisburg institution. Serving up the pho tradition. Big on beef broth but have a fondness for their pork & shrimp noodle soup. Will return to try their wanton noodle soup version when in mood. Payment is at cashier by table #.

What a find! Little Saigon Restaurant is one of the best Pho restaurants we've been to. Little Saigon fits a pattern of some of the better Vietnamese restaurants: an austere dining room in a nondescript building serving excellent food.My wife ordered the Hot Sub Sandwich: this Bahn Mi sandwich was great. The pork was sweet, the baguette crunchy and flavorful. We both thought it was the best banh mi we've ever had. Where they get their baguettes should be a national treasure. My wife also had the Mixed Noodles with pork, shrimp and lettuce: this was a dish that we had never had before: while it was tasty, it wasn't my wife's favorite Vietnamese dish. I had the Regular Beef Rice Noodle Soup (Beef Pho with Steak and Brisket). Fantastic! Folks who follow me know I go for baseline dishes: I know if they do this right, they're going to be good overall. This pho was hearty and flavorful, rich with many flavors. In each of our dishes the ingredients were fresh and lovingly prepared. As we were leaving my wife picked up some Sesame Balls: don't leave without getting a few for yourself. The atmosphere at Little Saigon is austere but clean. It is a bit strange to see a couple of Christmas trees in the back. Maybe they're just anticipating, and, heck, Costco has their Christmas stuff out, so…Prices seemed reasonable. In fact, from our perspective, Little Saigon was a bargain, nut we're not familiar with costs in general in the Harrisburg area, so we'll just say prices were very reasonable. While Little Saigon wasn't packed when we were there for a late lunch, there were a number of people in the restaurant. We found sound levels to be fine for conversation. Our waiter was pleasant and efficient: my wife was served first, and my pho came out later. While we like to be served together, we can understand that the kitchen was aiming for food to arrive at the table when it was ready. In this regard I was lucky: my wife shared half of her delicious banh mi sandwich. Parking is good, with a spacious parking lot.Altogether Little Saigon is certainly well worth visiting. And… don't forget to get a few Sesame Balls!

I really enjoy this place. The Pho is good and very reasonably priced. Right next door is an Asian market/ grocery store. They have a decent selection on the menu so I can take friends who are hesitant to try anything outside of meat and potatoes. The service is quick and polite. If you like Vietnamese cuisine in Harrisburg Pa. this is definitely one of your better options.

The best simple menu. Great food and having the market next door is a big plus. Try the pho and the quail!
