Tried the hot pastrami with mustard on rye. Your best food should come out of the kitchen when you're the busiest , not when it's slow. Needless to say this was not good. The bread was soggy, the meat was cold and flavorless, a tiny splash of mustard on one half. The "side" of potato salad comes in a condiment container and was literally ONE bite it tasted terrible. The best part about this meal was the crisp pickle spear. For $15 I'm highly disappointed and would not come back.

Placed an order to go. Asked for a BLT with crispy bacon and home fries. When I arrived home and opened my containers, I had finely shredded hash browns (not home fries which is what is listed on their menu) with more onion then hash browns lol. The bacon on my BLT was half done. So I called back and asked to speak to the manager and the guy is snickering and then gets the manager Devan on the phone. She told me that they don't get complaints like mine and that "they did the best they could". She said all I can do is give you a $6.00 credit on us the next time you come. I spent $16 on those two items with tax. She had a tone with me the whole conversation as if I had done something to her!!!I said ok, how do you spell your name? She said "what do you need that for"? I told her that I was noting the information she just said about credit for the next time I come in, she then said, "I just know we did our best and that is what our homefries are", and I said but they are not homefries, they are finely shredded hash browns. She then said, "you know what, you are not a fit for us and find another restaurant to go to and I no longer want to give you any credit". Never once was I rude to her or mean.

If you're looking for a good Jewish style deli, this isn't it. The pastrami and corned beef was tough, dry and devoid of flavor. The matzah ball in the soup I ordered was small and hard as a rock. I guess if you don't know any better, then perhaps you'll think differently. Maybe their other stuff is good. I'll keep looking.
