I had the homemade gnocchi, and it was the epitome of creamy deliciousness! Very nice upscale dining.

Food was amazing. We came for brunch. I thought pricing was reasonable for the top notch quality and trendy vibe and Owner is warm and kind and communicated w/ me while trying to make a reservation. Our server was adorable. Service was great. Loved the drinks. Surpringly unpretentious considering how cool the space is. I loved it here and will 100% be returning. We had the omlette - delicious, and a Benedict- excellent. We also had a chocolate dessert that was to die for.

I just had my birthday dinner at note.bistro & winebar. The atmosphere was fun, warm, and inviting. Everyone was super welcoming, and our server was excellent. She helped us decide on a wine (all options were amazing). There are so many gluten-free options, which is a big bonus for me! For dinner, my scallops were perfect. Everything we tried was exceptional! I loved the note pad where people could share their experiences! Definitely a must go!Dietary restrictions: Many gluten-free options

A Google search of Harrisburg's best restaurants led us to Note Bistro and Wine Bar. Our phone call from I-78 about 45 minutes away on a Friday evening was warmly received. The host on the phone gladly took our name. We arrive and we've found a lively yet romantically lit space. Our high top table was perfect. The wine and cocktail lists were concise and very well curated. The menu offered a range of small and full sized plates, enough variety for any palate. Our server was attentive and accommodating of our low carb requests. We found the experience delightful. Having not been to Harrisburg before, it makes me want to return to see what else Pennsylvania's capital city has to offer. When we are next in town we'll be sure to visit Note again.Dietary restrictions: The kitchen was able to accommodate low carb requests during our visit.

Recommend going off peak hrs, service was really slow. My food took forever, arrived cold and had to be sent back. The calamari was tender and the pork was dry.

Incredible from beginning to end! Fennel salad was amazing, dinner and dessert was even better! If Jenna is your server then you are quite lucky because she knew the menu inside and out and gave us recommendations that were perfect! Ask for Jenna, she made the experience for us. Definitely will be back :)

Sushi a great little restaurant. Had great cocktails, wonderful food, and even better dessert! There were fun records playing, cute salt and pepper shakers and a lot of charm.Really enjoyed the duck, and the lamb. Drinks were also really great, very unique! Will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options. Head chef is very conscious of cross contamination.

So much attention to detail. Everything was just spot on. From the exact level of crisp in the potatoes to the saltines of the pate everything was perfect. Fantastic little wine menu and charming atmosphere. Fantastic!

This was the most delightful brunch I’ve had in years. When I called for a reservation, the person answering the phone was so pleasant and accommodating and that was how the entire experience was. Our delightful waiter Eric was amazing. He was kind and efficient and was excellent at describing the food choices. I had the savory crepe with Canadian bacon and our daughter had the crepe special. My husband loved his Eggs Benedict with seared scallops. They make delicious coffee served in a French press and they also make a mean Bloody Mary!! And if you have room the creme brûlée is perfection. During our lovely outside meal, the owner stopped by to check on us. I cannot say enough good things about this sweet place!

What a great little spot in Midtown. We started with a special of house cured salmon belly with fingerling potatoes, finely diced tomatoes and creme fraiche. Then our mains were maple glazed duck breast with brussels sprouts and sea scallops with risotto. Dessert of a sweet crepe with honey and almonds. All were excellent. Thanks to Ruth, Chef Stevie and staff for a lovely evening.

I went for Paella which hadn't been updated..to no avail..med rare salmon and burnt creme brulee ..as well as 10 dollar bread.. really?..no apology or offering to take something off the check..a total bummer
