I decided to come here with my family after seeing it on tiktok! We all ordered some pho! We were all fascinated by the robot machine that delivered our drinks/plates of herbs/bean sprouts! But then it gave us a 10 second countdown and ran away with our drinks! We even clicked continue and it still went away! The bowl was big, noodles were alot but the meat was little. They try to add alot of noodles and broth to make you full and make it look big so you don't notice how little meat they add. The broth was so sour and plain tasting! As someone who is vietnamese and makes it at home, it didn't taste good at all. My grandma kept telling me the broth had an off taste and we all kept tearing hoisin packets to make it taste sweeter/better. We put in like 5-6 packets and it didnt even save the broth from tasting bad at all. After we were done, i came up to the counter and the owner told us that they don't add MSG in his broth to give it a more authentic, "fresh" taste. I bit my tongue because i use to work in philly and cali at different pho restaurants and they're known for the BEST phos out there. They're cutting coats by not buying msg to flavor the food lol we need msg, we need unami! MSG isn't even bad for you. "Freshness" that's phoney baloney. It's definitely not #1, such false advertising. Expensive and not good quality pho. Save a trip and your wallet and go to philly or elsewhere.

My husband and I tried this restaurant for the first time and I am so happy we did because I think I found my new favorite restaurant! I tried Pho for the first time and it was so good I almost finished the whole bowl. The food portions they give you are pretty good for the price. The robot that brings you your food is really cute and the staff are so pleasant. We will definitely be going back!

I got takeout and in the short time I was there the atmosphere was so pleasant. Almost like I transported to a completely different location! Not a noisy restaurant with tvs, etc. The gentleman who greeted me was very kind. Food was fresh and separated for me to add into my soup. Will be returning! Like, probably same day, lol!

Pho is so highly defined by the broth and that's why I keep coming back to Pho#1 when the craving strikes! Their food is top notch, and the ingredients are always fresh for the spring rolls. I've gotten takeout and have dined in and the quality of food is first rate! The proprietors are so cordial and friendly, and I love the little automated butler that delivers drinks and appetizers! It always makes me smile!

Was passing through town on Jan 5th and was surprised to see some good looking pho restaurants in Harrisburg. Unfortunately it was too late to order pho and eat in so I opted to get 2 bahn mi sandwiches to go, which were already quite expensive at $10/ea and then a $5 cash tip.When I opened my to-go order I was absolutely shocked that my completely dry BBQ pork sandwich had 5 paper thin slices of meat. My cold cut bahn mi was slightly better but still 1/2 as much meat as one would expect to be a passable sandwich. I moved all the meat from both sa dwiches onto half a bun of one sandwich and that one single half sandwich was fine.Now I work in the restaurant industry. I get that times are hard and I hate leaving poor reviews, but I couldn't help but feel like I'd been scammed or robbed. The lady who answered the phone was nice, as was the gentleman who was at the front desk and helped me pay for my order. Maybe next time I drive through town, I'll just be sure to eat in instead of getting take out.

Pho was rich and fragrant, absolutely delicious. Fried shrimp and egg rolls also great. Daughter loved the boba tea. Very friendly owner. Waiter was quite "efficient".
We had the shrimp pho and brisket pho. I'm usually in it for the noodles but the broth was especially good. My husband and I finished both large bowls. Wait time was no issue for us but recommend some patience for the hard working and limited staff if you're in a rush. Will be coming again.

Our Pho Ga was delicious and full of flavor. My wife had a vegitarian Pho made with veggie stock which she also enjoyed. It is the perfect meal on a cold evening or when recovering from a cold. We waited longer than expected for service because there was only one server and a large group came in. The good food made up for the delay.
