I love their food, but yesterday...this is not the same person who has made this type sub ive had. I was disappointed. ...this sub was not like I've been use to. Whomever made it , please move them aside...they don't need to make them no more...this was like lunch meat with a loaf a bread...smhOne more time..one more chance...before I switch and try sandwich man...I pray the next one is better. Because I love their food..Turkey ham and roast beef with bacon..and the regular..lettuce, tomatoes. Onions, salt, pepper, cheese light mayo...no oil or vinegar.I pray it's better next time....Parking: Parking is tight when they are crowded....

The steaks are ok. The prices are crazy and misleading. I looked at prices online and. 24inch said $19 and change. Sent wife to pick up they charged her $24 for the sub. Claiming the site I looked at is a fraud site. They only maintain 1 site. I said, "How am I supposed to know that. It's obvious they know there are fraud sites. Get them taken down. They did nothing about the charge. That is the last time I buy from there.

Do not come here, Tiera is extremely rude and when she messes your order up, she will not fix it. She was rude when I first ordered, and after I called back in about my order being wrong, she was extremely unprofessional.

This was the rudest treatment I’ve ever received at a restaurant. I placed an order on DoorDash. The driver went above and beyond trying to solve the issue. South Philly claimed to never receive my order. The Dasher called to ask if I cancelled, which I did not. South Philly then proceeds to tell us that someone picked up the order. That was because the Dasher was at the store. I asked to speak with the guy from South Philly and he began yelling at me that my order was picked up. I tried to tell him it’s showing the dasher at the store but he wouldn’t listen to me. I understand technical errors but that is not a way to talk to a customer who wasn’t even upset on the phone. A loved their food but I will not be back.
