WARNING DO NOT LIVE HERE! I would only suggest moving here if you love horrible smells, gross living accommodations, and not getting your security deposit back. When you go to visit they will only show you nice places that are not finished yet so you don't really have an idea of where you will be living. When you move in, you will be disappointed. Very nice set up in the places. Great view. Very convenient as for as being close to downtown I have been living here about 5 years. It's convenient because of location! The property Name is Terry and he lies I was told I would be getting new carpet and my abpartment painted. That never happened! I had a fire a month ago and they are just now as I type here to clean and replace my oven...only because I called city codes. They have people's cars towed! There is no restaurant! A great place to live would like to thank the staff/management for making my living here so enjoyable. This must be the best building I have lived in in the last 30 years. I was away on business when my wife (for the first time) had to take care of all the arrangements by herself. The staff was there to guide her through the process very quickly.
