this place is great. over the years it's been many different names like the Hoagie Hut and Dam good Food and it was also one a Subway. All those paled in comparison to the folks running it now cuz they are super nice folks and the menu is great! Highly recommended
My husband and I are hoagie connoisseurs. We have had our share of hoagies in our time. None like Deli Central's. They are by far are the BEST hoagies in all of PA! Our children have a house at the lake and we never visit without stopping at the deli. We always have lunch with our children, (hoagies of course). Also, we have to take some home, as well. Good solid place to stop and get a good deli sandwich. Counter staff and owner are friendly and the food is always consistent. Like anywhere else in NEPA, they are short on staff, so there is a small wait to get served and get your food and no chit-chat between staff and customers. They are too busy to talk. Too bad, because it is a community type business but they are too busy to interact with their customers as in other places
