“This is a great place to shoot pool play video games or eat. They have it all even if you just wish to sit and relax. They have electronic darts as well. The bar tenders are great and so friendly. The jute box is always playing they have outside seating plenty of free parking. Great for watching sports with four large TV's.”

“We had the most amazing dinner at Gennaro’s! Don’t be fooled by the exterior, the owners are complete gems and were so welcoming even though we showed up at 8:15pm for a late dinner. The pizza was done really quickly and the food was delicious. We will absolutely be back!Kid-friendliness: There was a PacMan machine which the kids loved. Very low key and a great place for a family dinner.”

“This place is great, you can go there...pick your own bread, several to choose from. Then, you get to watch a real life sandwich artist go down the line and let you pick what kind of meats ( or not if you're a vegetarian), cheeses, vegetables, and more you want on your sub. As they prepare you can see each step. They also give you the option to toast it (although during my last visit the machine was broke so I could ot get it toasted, bummer). At the end of the line, you can get all sorts of dressings or other condiments, have your foot long sliced in half for two very easy to handle sandwiches. Oh, I forgot to mention, they have various fountain soda, bottle drinks and chips to choose from as well. Prices have gone up over the years but still relatively a good deal. I'd recommend if you want a decent sandwich with a good variety of bread to choose from. Lastly, if you are weight or health conscious, they have how many calories each sandwich is right there on the menu, and I don't think that weird Jared guy is their spokesperson any more.”

“It's right where auntie Ann's is the shakes have a lot of healthy stuff. There's a place to sit right in front of the store. Not to expensive and if you have the app you can earn points for free a free pretzel ?”

“They move real fast!! Make sure to come here with reefer set to temp, took them 30 mins to load me. They will wait out there with you from time to time until your reefer is set to temp lol. Quiet area, great service!!”

“The owners of this Sunoco and Subway are so friendly and inviting and helpful. The food is fresh and wonderful compared to the subway on Broad Street in Hazleton. They are patient with customers at lunch time when it's real busy and I appreciate that. They recognize their everyday lotal customers too! We love this place!”

“This is my dad's favorite place. So on a visit to NEPA we went there for Father's day. Outstanding sashimi!!!It is my understanding that it's a husband, wife and son running the place, which explains some of the staffing comments in other reviews.”

“Ate lunch here twice, the lady was very patient when I didn't have enough money and had to ask my mother for money over the phone which took a while. The burger and fries are great, so is the grilled cheese. I will always eat here when I have the money to do so”

“This was a fairly good restaurant. The overall flavor was good, just a tad salty! One thing that got my attention was the fact that they seated customers as though we were back in 50's and 60's!!! Whites in the front and anyone of color were seated to the back of the restaurant (my husband is white and I'm black). I didn't mention it to my husband, I thought it was just my imagination, but as we were leaving, my husband casually mentioned it... Guess where we were seated? It is sad that in this day and time, people are still of that mindset! ?”

“I wanted to share how impressive the staff here was to me. A strange guy followed me into the restaurant. I told the person taking my order. She told her manager. They did not leave me by myself. They kind of huddled around me because the guy was laughing out loud. Then they offered to walk me out to my car. The kindness that they showed towards me was so reassuring in this crazy world. I know they can’t get paid enough to do their own work and security… but they are the reason I have faith in people today. Thank you for the kindness and caring.”

“Very clean compared to the norm in Mount Pocono and Tannersville Pennsylvania. Service was impeccable and younger gentleman (Damien) at the counter on point, kind and respectful. This man deserves a raise, working the counter, cleaning, and working hard. Love when you see someone care at work brings a tear to my eye.”

“This is what BK is supposed to be. The place seems to be managed right, and the food served is not manhandled, mutilated, or otherwise abused. Burgers look like burgers, and the oil isn't old and burned. Fries taste like fires, and the drinks aren't flat. I've been to too many BKs that just don't care and serve garbage to the customers. Not here! Well done, folks! Keep it up.”

“This is a lovely diner at the top of the Mtn in Freeland. We walked in and were seated right away. A lot of breakfast selections to choose from. We had the HeMan breakfast which came with 3 eggs, choice of meat, 2 pancakes, home fries or hash browns, toast, juice and coffee or tea. I ordered it because I like having a variety of foods to eat. I ate as much as I could but did not finish it. It was a lot of food for a very reasonable price and I will get it again because it was extremely tasty! Everyone we came across was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The parking lot isnt very large so try and come at a time that it might not be so crowded.”

“Wonderful service, food and atmosphere. Had Valentines dinner at Top of the 80's. Everything was fabulous including the price and to top it off I received a carnation with babies breath and two chocolate covered strawberries!! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants a lovely meal with spectacular views.”
