“We have been to Melting Pot in KOP dozens of times and never once had a negative experience. This past Saturday was no different.Eddie was our waiter and was awesome. We ordered the 4 Course experience with the Spinach & Artichoke cheese dip and we added the Wisconsin cheddar, and with that ,we got a plentiful platter of pretzel bread, pumpernickle bread, apples, grapes , tortilla chips, broccoli, carrots & cauliflower for dipping. It's tough to have any self control with knowing you still have 3 more courses to go! We had the house salad with the house dressing (which is a honey mustard vinegarette) and the lettuce is always crispy with the freshest tomatoes , cheddar cheese, crispy croutons & sliced egg) . I could literally drink the dressing, it is so good! (lol). Then came the main course and I had the "Create Your Own" with Teriyaki Steak, Duck & Chicken and we cooked it in a Court Biullion which was very savory. During all of the courses, Eddie was always on point, making sure our drinks were full, we had enough dippers and he made some wonderful recommendations with the sauces as well as the chocolate for dessert. (we got the affectionately called "Fat Boy special" which was the Fluffernutter - chocolate , marshmallow & peanut butter) and oh my goodness, we enjoyed every last drop!!All of the portions for all 4 courses were abundant and you will never leave hungry!Eddie truly made the evening so wonderful. He is one of the most exceptional and attentive waiters we've had and really seems to enjoy what he does.”

The waffle cone was classic with sugar flavored and crunchy texture. Iwould definitely try their ice cream with wafflefor sure which elevates the whole experienceof having an ice-cream.I have also tried their sampleof chocolate toasted coconut which was yummy. Chocolate and coconut was an interesting flavor to try out in an ice cream and it was so good. Next time I would definitely get this scoop.Parking: It is in a very busy shopping complex, you can probably find the parking easily over a regular day than a weekend. When we do go - we get pastries and breads. The breads you can get whole and they will slice them for you or you can just slice them yourself when you get home and freeze some. I ordered rolls from here for Thanksgiving 2 years ago (if you're gonna do this - it has to be in advance) and they were the hit of the party.There is a reason why this place is so busy and why they have limited hours with a no frill bake shop. They don't have to do anything because their product speaks for itself.”

I think these are made ahead of tine, so my cheese ommission is a probably a hassle for staff, but they always get it right. Fruit makes a refreshing sub for fries, and I love the diet lemonade. The drive thru is definitely faster now that they have renovated. I took a couple stars for atmosphere, because it didn't seem as clean as usual and a large portion of the dining room is taken up by food app shelves.”

I come here every morning for my daily coffee, and I don't think I've seen a day where they're not beyond busy. And in spite of the often impatient customers or occasional technology hiccups, they always just keep pushing along, trying to help and make happy each guest. The staff is very kind, concerned for their customers and tries to be as helpful as possible. Xander in particular is very nice and takes the time to say hello to most if not all guests and really makes people feel welcome. Even our 5-year-old wanted to try it after seeing our reactions, ha! The hazelnut flavor is amazing with the most delicious nutty aftertaste - it tastes so fresh, unlike the artificial flavors of previous coffee brands. It would have been a 5 on 5 if the bowl had salt and the chilly flakes.The price seemed to be a bit expensive 15-18$ based on ingredient youkeep adding.I would definitely visit again to try their other bowls.”

I think these are made ahead of tine, so my cheese ommission is a probably a hassle for staff, but they always get it right. Fruit makes a refreshing sub for fries, and I love the diet lemonade. The drive thru is definitely faster now that they have renovated. I took a couple stars for atmosphere, because it didn't seem as clean as usual and a large portion of the dining room is taken up by food app shelves.”
