Stars are mostly for the always good Arby’s food and the aesthetics of the dining area itself. I do have to admit that my latest experience was a bit questionable. My activities of this particular day led me to not having dinner until much later than normal. Because of this, I thought I’d go light and go here for a small roast beef and some curly fries. Ate here today and Janice is still there 23 years today. ?????? One of the reasons I go is to see Janice she always make sure your food is on time hot fresh, and good. I wish they can clone 20 of her love this Arby’s.

Person taking my order was nice. They got my order wrong. Got the right order, finally. Sandwich didn't seem fresh and definitely, didn't look like the picture. Par for the course.
