Most of the food was not appropriate for a steam table. The flank steak was very chewy and dry, and warm at best, and the fish and chips were not crisp and tasted like Mrs Paul's frozen food. The Mediterranean chicken was tasty and moist and the vegetables were tasty. The lasagna was lacking cheese and sauce and herbs. Crab Bisque had excellent flavor, however it was served only warm instead of hot. The Bisque would have been rounded out better with oyster crackers instead of Ritz crackers. The Miso Shrimp dinner was flavorful, but not worth the price for the amount of food provided. Prime rib was served exactly as ordered (well) and the flavor was good, but the side of braised spinach with parmesan cheese was served only warmed up and not hot. A mixed bag - first off, you're probably better off ordering a la carte off the menu rather than from the buffet. Not only is it cheaper, but the waffles were subpar. Got breakfast one day, got two pieces of toast, two pieces of sausage and breakfast potatoes. Ordered the same a la carte items the next day, one piece of toast, three pieces of sausage and the potatoes were so salted as to be inedible.
