“My husband and I stopped in today, 3/24 around 1:00. We got the house special burgers with fries. It was hands down the best burger I have ever had and was cooked to a perfect medium temperature. I would add nothing to it except an additional patty. I’d like to also note that the kitchen team did an excellent job despite being hit all at once. This place is really special! It came with egg, mushrooms, caramelized onions, swiss cheese, and queso Cheese. “Great burgers, flavor is great, and cooked perfectly how I liked them. They have unlimited wedge cut fries which are excellent. There is a topping bar with all types of toppings for your burgers, but my favorite is the melted hot cheese you can top the burger or your fries with, all of which are unlimited. You can customize the size you want for the burger from 1/3, 1/2, 2/3 and even a Pound burger believe it or not! They also have a great selection of different type of meat, Bison, Elk and Kobe Beef, which all are great. I am a fan of the bison which is really good! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and place was kept very clean, the staff would even take the trash off of your table for you. I would highly recommend here as they do have great burgers and selection. “I’ve gotten their ribeye special the last few weeks and I say this with no reservation. The only place I’ve had a better steak is at 401 Prime, except this steak is at a fraction of the price. Whoever is cooking the steak at 551 west is doing a phenomenal job. If they have a ribeye special I will be here eating a delicious perfectly cooked medium rare steak.“

“The guy who waited on me around 2pm today was very kind and gave me good information on what to order. I didn’t order fries, but since it was my first time he put them in anyways. Even if he didn’t do that I would have still left happy that he genuinely and intentionally connected to me as a new customer.The chicken sandwich was very flavourful and satisfying. “I finally made it to the Grille after hearing how good it was, and my only disappoint ment is that it took too long for me to eat there. It was delicious. I got the Staten Island which was Prosciutto, hot cappocollo, hot sopresatta, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, vinaigrette. My wife got the Fifth Avenue which is fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, tomato, vinaigrette. She loved hers as well. We split the sweet potato fries, that comes with a sweet,almost syrup like sauce that we enjoyed very much. The food came out very quickly and everything was very fresh. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant overall was very clean. Definitely one of the better sandwiches I've eaten in Lancaster in the 20 plus years I've lived here. “I remember coming here as a teenager and it was always the best cheesteak/cheeseburger sub in the city. Since then it's slowly gone downhill with the taste, presentation and environment. Sometimes the burgers are burnt or the cheesesteak has no flavor etc. It mostly has to do with the idiots that have been hired in the past but still has downgraded. I wish it was the old speeds to be honest. I really miss that. It's still really busy all the time though so I know they get good business“

“This is a small spot on the intersection of Prince Street and West Liberty. I love how they keep their menu simple with your burgers, chicken, cheesesteaks and shakes. It may be simple but they do a fantastic job with their product. Their cheeseburgers are a must grab. You know it’s a good burger when the outer edges have that slight crispiness. Honestly, one of the better burgers in the entire area. I also really enjoyed the onion rings. Nice and crispy, and the onion doesn’t all come out with a single bite. It was also packed, so you know it’s a good spot for some easy grub.“
