Owner clearly only cares about min/maxing profit off the labor of their seemingly only high school aged staff. Soda machine was not operational, staff didn't know who ordered what on 2 separate 2 person orders and didn't seem to care. They had no clean silverware or napkins so we were given takeout plasticware. And the 2 obvious ghost kitchens running out the back aren't cause for inspiration either when they can't even properly operate the main store.
Today was my first experience at Dickey’s. The food was decent, the staff was friendly, but there were several items that hindered the experience to the point it was almost comical:-The floor was very slippery-The ice cream machine was broken-They were completely out of lids for kids cups. The food wasn't good. Ribs tasted oven cooked at best, Coleslaw was just cabbage in a cup,Green beans were as boring and bland.Brisket was good!! The barbecue sauce was runny & waterery! It's high priced for what you get, but so is everything in this world!
