Food was GREAT and waitress was a sweetheart but the restaurant is getting more and more run down. The first thing I noticed coming in was the dirty floor. We were seated at a table where the square table top was twisted and did not match the legs. We moved ourselves to a different table. The top layer of the tablecloth was peeled off in big spots. It's absolutely amazing. Way back before Ruby Tuesday went under, i was a huge patron. Loved every moment of it. Was delighted when i learned they are back, reborn, and honestly better than ever. If this location is equal to or greater than others, i will say Ruby Tuesday is back for good.Had the Ribeye & Babyback ribs hickory seasoning and mmmm filling juicy exceptionally outstanding. Took them a 1/2 hour to let me know they were out of Hickory Bourbon Sauce for the salmon. Had to substitute w honey...not near as good & certainly not what I was hungry for. Table was sticky, had to clean it myself...floor was all sticky. They gave me No discount for not getting what I wanted. I use to go to Ruby Tuesday reg. for the bourbon salmon...not the one in Lancaster no more. Not like they didn't have bourbon at the bar and could have whipped something up.
