Had a very long wait here today. After more than 10 minutes waiting, the older gentleman at the pay window was very apologetic and kind. The next window, however, I asked for some zesty sauce. The younger woman said we would have to pay extra. After such a long wait, I've never heard this from any employee after getting Burger King regularly for years! With certain female managers the service has got unfriendly & worse. The redeeming feature is an employee, Jonathan Hare, a hardworking, friendly & respectful employee, the person other employees should emulate. This restaurant would do much better if he were manager & the other employees adopted his work ethics.
