Is very displeased with the service I received today... I ordered a rivet bucket and 2 cheese sauces for a party I was going to.. I asked for a lid for the bucket and was told they did not have one that would fit it and the cheese sauces were ice cold as well as the pretzel rivets.. very unhappy do not think I will use this Location again

I always go to this location! Love Philly preztels as this is my go to place on my only day off. Today was that day. Decided to try something new and the pepperoni pizza were so dry and sat way too long under heat lamp. Still got my cheesesteak balls but your place isn't cheap, which was another surprise. I will never complain paying higher prices if the quality was better. Please try to find a way to check the quality of your product.
