“Our party of 16 were there for New Years Eve dinner. 12/31/2022. We could not of had a better time. Everyone’s choice of dinners was exceptional, the food was all great! Our waitress, Amanda, was awesome! Nobody had to ask for a refill of beverages! She was so attentive to our needs, removed dishes, checked on us, just wonderful!! Was such a pleasant experience! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you to all! To the managers and owners….you have a great crew! Thank you, Amanda!!!“
“I was craving a gyro and someone suggested this place. It was Delicious! I only did pick up so I can't say much about the atmosphere. It's definitely not fancy but I'd rather they keep focusing on food over atmosphere. I'm now a returning customer.Parking: Located in a tiny strip, parking is convenient in front of the building and right off the main access road.“
“This was my first time at Jabbie Joe’s!!!I ordered a fish sandwich with an order of 12 piece chicken wings, I did barbecue garlic Parmesan for the chicken wings. I thought the fish would be better than what it was. It was beer battered two big pieces of fish was good. But the taste wasn’t as expected. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. The place is pretty big.“
“Heard that they had a good fish sandwich so of course I had to try em. Plenty of parking and seated promptly. The waitress was on top of things the whole time and very pleasant.I had the fish sandwich and it was a home run. So good that I would put it up there with the Cupka's 2 (on a good day), and the greats of the past like Neid's (Lawrenceville) and Armand's (Bloomfield). My girlfriend had a buffalo chicken salad and gave it a 8/10. She loved the grilled veggies they include in it.We tried some wings that were cooked well but could've used more sauce for sure.Portions are impressive and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.“
“We held a work get to together and everything was amazing from the Owners John and Danny and the wait staff. Our food came out quick and hot and was delicious. We got to try a wide range of appetizers and they were all great. Thank you for the great time, food and service.“
“I always enjoy stopping by the Walnut Grille in Robinson. Kara and Kelsey C took care of me and my friends tonight, both were very friendly and attentive even when it was very busy. Manager Meagan stopped by to check on us. The whole staff is great. Love the Potstickers.“
“I like rocks landing because it's an adult atmosphere where we can go without being disrespected. Bartenders are very polite & helpful even though I don't smoke it's nice where you can go & do you there is a space for wherever floats your boat. An the entertainment is of the chain.“
“The food is so good. The portions are big enough for two people. I had the hot turkey sandwich and it was like Thanksgiving dinner. The turkey is real turkey not pressed luncheon meat. I love comfort food and this was amazing. Definitely a favorite!“
“Of all the North Park lounges we like the one in McCandless township the most. Good food and service and competitive pricing. My wife loves the wedding soup, and thinks it's the best in the WPA area. Clean inside, well lit spacious parking lot. Easy in and out.“
“Staff was friendly, patient, understanding, and helpful. The county fried chicken was just like my gramma's. This Eat n Park was the one I went to with family as a youth. It's still the same (except it has a drive-through), being greeted with a smile then and now is “
“Stopped by after a recommendation from some friends. Grabbed an omelette, potatoes, and toast. It was really good and hot. The coffee was perfectly hot and my cup was never empty. The wait staff was very friendly and kept a good vibe going with the customers. I'll definitely be back for other breakfast options and lunch!“
“We love First Watch and frequent one close to us in Nashville. We were excited to find a location near where we were staying while visiting family and this was a very good restaurant. We got two seasonal juices and they were flavorful and a nice contrast to our breakfast skillets. We both had the farmhouse skillet and it's really a delicious meal. The service was great as well and they did a really good job getting everyone served despite the restaurant being crammed with patrons. This is a great location and we'd definitely come here again if we're in town again!“
“If you are looking for a casual neighborhood diner, look no further! Street parking is easy to find and follow your nose to Chev and Rachel's. You open the door and are greeted by the haze of a cooktop and smell of diner food. There are a few tables and bar seating but the space is small. The breakfast menu covers the basics - eggs, potatoes, pancakes and specials are written on a whiteboard. Service is friendly and quick. Pancakes are solid - fluffy, sweet, heavy. I really enjoyed the blueberries. Home fries benefit from cooktop grease and abundant seasoning. Mancini's bread is the standard for toast. Everything was delicious but there is nothing on the menu that makes this a standout breakfast destination. However, this is perfect for a no frills home style breakfast in an area with limited food options.“
“My partner loves sweets, cookies in particular, and I wanted to find a local bakery to buy some goodies for Valentine’s Day. Was happy to see that this place offers cookie packs with free shipping! I loved the assortment and the specialty Pittsburgh inspired cookies. I’ve never ordered baked goods through the mail before, so I was worried about how they would arrive. However, they were neatly packaged and individually wrapped! And they were still soft. This place also allows you to add a custom message which was added as a sticker on the inside of the box. The cookies were delicious and larger than I expected - I would definitely repurchase from this place! Thank you for the A+ Valentine’s gift!“
“Went for a girl’s night out, had a few flights and sandwiches. Food was really good and beer was fantastic. My fav is Those Winter Sundays. Reminds me of Andes Candies, very smooth. Friendly bar tenders. All around good experience.. will go again soon!“
“Highly recommend the pulled pork sliders, creamy coleslaw and homemade chips! We ordered takeout for 15 people for an event and it was ready, well packed and made the set up easy. Everyone at the event asked where we got the great food. I recommend Sunny Jim’s place something on the container with their name/address that we could show guests.“
“Came in for dinner on Sunday and the place was pretty busy. There was a Pens game on and several tvs were showing the game and the surround sound was playing the game, as well. The staff were super friendly and quick to take our order. Two women were both bartending and serving the tables, but we never had dirty dishes or empty glasses for long. The pepperoni rolls were our favorite. We also had a 16" pizza with extra cheese and half sausage & bacon. The pizza was ok! I'd say 7.5/10. The sauce had great flavor. My brother had the special chicken sandwich, parmesan style. He said the flavors were great, but he wasn't a huge fan of the bread. It wasn't toasted and after a few bites, it was totally soggy. There are two 1-person bathrooms and they were both clean, smelled like strawberries (lol), and were stocked with soap and paper towels.“
“We routinely order Armstrong's awesome food with generous portions every time we come back to Pittsburgh to visit family. It is a "must have" meal on at least one of the days we are with the fam. We have NEVER been disappointed! We await the day for the dine-in experience to return!“
“The food was very good and my other half and I will be back there 2 eat again. We've seen that spot bout a couple of times and didn't stop. But when we're over there again gonna b stoppin in 2 grab a mealParking: U gotta get there early enuff 2 make sure u can park. But once u find a spot ur ok“
“Great breakfast and better cocktails. The staff was attentive and friendly. I could only wish that it was twice the size and thus more accessible. We will be back!Parking: Always more room with a very short walk.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room and accommodation for children of all ages.“
“You get so much food for your money! It was great too! Our broccoli was a lil cold. However, the salmon was cooked perfectly, and the carrot cake slice was like the size of your face! I was there with a party of about 15 and our waiter was super friendly, professional, and handled it like a breeze. I wish I could remember his name... smh. 2/25 Young guy, dark brown hair and mustache. Televisions all over the place, nice sized bar area... super casual. I haven't been there for live music, but I imagine it's great on top of everything else.“
“I admit that I've never been the biggest fan of Eat'n Park, and that stems back to when I was younger. Just always felt it was an experience akin to Denny's- but with a higher price tag.But when I needed a breakfast place close by to take my young kids on a snowy day off school, this location did the job just fine. The prices for the kids meals was fair, and the food was decent, better overall than I had remembered. It still doesn't hold a candle to an independent breakfast spot or some the better run small chains, but it works for what it is.“
“This was a really nice First Watch location! Very open atmosphere and a good amount of seating. Service was quick and the food came out fast as well! Definitely recommend their salads here but everything we have had here has been top notch! We will be back “
“Bistro To Go was absolutely incredible for our wedding! We got so many compliments on the food throughout the night, and they took so much time and care to make sure everything was just right. I spoke with the owner throughout the whole process and she was super helpful along with her staff! We can’t recommend them enough.“
“The food and drink is excellent. The Chilean sea bass was very good. My wife got the pork chop, which was absolutely amazing (thanks for the taste hun). The view is fantastic as you look at the three rivers and downtown Pittsburgh. It was fun sipping on some cocktails and taking in the view. One of the best restaurants I have ever been to.“
“Great: service, portion sizes, after dinner cocktailGood: creativity of dishes, taste of dishesOK: price pointEh: it's loud. Ate late on weeknight and it was half fullI think a few of the previous reviews were a bit harsh, but it's the diners responsibility to know going in what menu looks like and what price point is.We had one dish from each "size" and desert and it was plenty of food. Not disappointed we ate there, not sure I'd go again for same menu.“
“actually obsessed with first watch. i think i get it at least once a week. my boyfriend gets excited for the seasonal menus. i've never been disappointed with the food, tho almost every time my mom asks for mushroom in her omelet she doesn't get it. the staff is nice, some are more attentive than others. one of my favorite spots for a lazy brunch.“
“I was very impressed with the quality of the food, the friendly staff, the atmosphere and did I mention the delicious food??!! Great selection of barbecue items! As we were dining, we were offered a sample of the broccoli salad (yum). Best green beans!! Cheesy potatoes are yummy, too! It was mine and my brothers birthday. We were gifted with a sweet potato pie dessert and coupons for a free sandwich for our next visit. ? I recommend going several times so you can try everything and find your favorites, you won't be disappointed ?“
“Finally made it to this awesome brunch spot in Brookline. Line wasn't too bad that day, less than 20 minutes to wait. Picked up biscuits and gravy, spicy chicken biscuit sandwich, and Southern Breakfast with two eggs over easy, biscuits and gravy with fries chicken. Sausage gravy had delicious chuncks of sausage swimming in smooth white gravy. "Hot" chicken was fantastic with the Sichuan oil they use instead of cayenne. Can't go wrong when you see that red chili oil soak up on wonderfully made biscuits. Very good food and great service. Nice combo!“
“Short wait time even though place was very busy. Nice sized servings for very reasonably priced food ? Service was excellent. Food was delicious and so much I had to take leftovers home. See my photos. Absolutely best sweet potato fries in town! Plenty of parking and very easy in and out from mall. I highly recommend this place for your next meal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Parking: Plenty of parking“
“We want to love Rupe's Roadhouse and that is why I give it four stars. The truth is not as easy. For diners who are NOT regulars or friends of the owner:Ambiance. First date? Looking for a dining experience? Go somewhere else. You won't get laid or a second date. Consider fast food and West End Overlook (is that still a thing?). Married? Your spouse does not want to eat here. Too dark, too loud, sticky tables, regulars who will give you the side eye. One star. Dining in. Unless you are a middle aged, blue collar booze lover with a lot of time to kill this is probably not your destination. The tables are sticky. The room is dark even when it is bright and sunny outside. The regulars are there and probably looking at you in a way that makes you uncomfortable. The television volume is guaranteed to be too loud. They are understaffed and they probably do not care about attracting new customers. I may have been able to dine in once or twice. Two stars. We aren't regulars. Take out. We've successfully ordered from Rupe's Roadhouse. Don't bothering to order online because it won't work. Call and try to shout your order to whoever answers or go in and order face to face. The fried fish sandwiches are among the best in Allegheny County. Worth your trouble. Will they get your order right? Probably not. Don't be a picky eater and accept that you may or may not get cheese or tartar sauce vs cocktail sauce. I would give six stars for the fish. Pricey and worth it. Generally speaking, I've never had a bad meal from here. Salads are great, sandwiches are great. This is where the place excels. Delivery? One star. Online ordering does not work. See Take out (above). Best to go pick it up yourself. Besides, how will you get stared at by the regulars if you opt for delivery? For Diners who are Regulars:Food is great, you're not in a rush, have a few beers or cocktails while your order is being prepared and have a great time staring at the strange people who wander in while catching up with your neighbors and coworkers. Five stars!“
“Stopped for the first time for lunch the menu has a few gluten free options which is great for the wife she had the Ruben bowl which is gluten free since it has hand cut French fries instead of frozen French fries, which many times are coated with flour she found a few other things that could be made gluten free so we will be back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options“
“The food is great, and the staff is friendly and down to earth. The atmosphere made me feel like a valued customer. It was my first time getting steak. The only problem was there was a lot of fat on my steak, or it would've been 5 stars for “
“Our first time. We were told to sit wherever we wanted. Our server greeted us quickly. In fact the entire staff was excellent. We ordered tea and coffee. Both were good to excellent. Then we ordered the bacon cheeseburger platter and the steak omelette with a side of corned beef hash. The burger and fries were excellent. The omelette was cooked to perfection. However the steak had some grisly parts, not good. Toast and home fries were excellent. The corned beef hash tasted from a can, not worth the price or the carbs. We will return and order something different.“
“I walked in and immediately love the quiet and elegant atmosphere. I tried their scallop shrimp risotto, pork chops, tartar, pate. The pork chops were well cooked and tender. But other parts of the chop were a little dry and salty. The risotto was creamy as I expected. The tartar was lean and flavorful. I think the only dish I thought was lacking was the dessert - sponge cake. Definitely wasn’t my cup of tea.The service was amazing and the fact that you get to see the professional chefs move to make these amazing dishes- I love it.“
“Complimentary bread to start and a nice truffle to end are both very good. The Risotto was inventive and fantastic. The tuna tartare was fine. The presentation of both the pork chop and salmon were great and their execution was solid. The Banoffee Crème Brulee was clever, tasty and light. The cocktails were solid. The espresso at the end was necessary. And the service was pleasant.“
“The food was exceptional and we had a great time. The only reason I'm deducting a star here and there is because my daughter, who was there to celebrate her birthday, arrived with a half-drunk Starbucks coffee and the server insisted on taking it away from her while she was seated at the table. C'mon, guys, it's not like we showed up with a picnic basket. ?“
“The cocktails are good and the food is delicious every time but what needs to be highlighted is the great service from the staff. Managers, servers, bartenders, etc. do whatever they can to make sure every guest has a wonderful time. It makes this a place you want to come back to.“
“Stopped by after a leisurely stroll at Riverview Park, and what a gem! The food was delicious, and you can totally tell it’s prepared with love. The staff was super friendly too. Can’t wait to go back and try some other items on the menu!“
“This place was great. I got a club sandwich, soup and wings. Everything was perfect. I almost went back to buy another club sandwich because it was so good. The perfect amount of meat, bread was toasted to perfect. I will be stopping and eating there at least 2 times a week now.“
“We went here for dinner tonight. The chicken parmesan was awesome, I would highly recommend it. The wedding soup was okay, it was not as hardy as I'd like it to be. The service was also top notch. The price is very reasonable for all the food you get. We'll definitely be back.“
“There’s a reason this diner has 5 stars. From the food, staff, atmosphere. For a family diner, it was wonderful! We ordered, Biscuits and gravy, which were SO GOOD. French toast with blueberries, and the country scramble topped with the sausage gravy. We were so full but couldn’t stop eating! We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.“
“Super friendly people working there! Especially when we needed 2 tables and a highchair! Some places are not that pleasant or accommodating*and* still super pleasant. Food was amazing! Prices are very good!Kid-friendliness: They all treated my grandchildren wonderfully! Very accommodating with using a highchair as that's not always the case“
“Unique was our server tonight and she totally was awesome it’s been a while i’ve been out with my 3 children & husband & had great Service from my waitress , good hot food , & a great night with my family !! will be coming back to soon !“
“Angela, is an angel. She was one of the most kind servers I have ever come across. They had a picture of a juicy cheeseburger out front which is what drew me in. It did not disappoint! It was so big I could barely finish.I am making this as one of my favorites ? you should too!“
“My husband and I had a great time experiencing The Puttery for the first time. We had the unlimited package and played five rounds of golf. This includes three 9 hole courses that you can play as many times as you choose. We also took advantage of the food and drinks. Drinks are allowed on the course and each hole has a stand for you to rest your drinks while you putt. For dinner I had the appetizer, potato flautas, and my husband had the BBQ bacon burger. Each were delightful. The decor on the courses and throughout the building was so much fun. I really enjoyed the different seating selections for dining as well. Linda was the host for the Garage course the day we were there. She was super sweet and seemed to love her job so much! We would recommend this place to many and would definitely come again if we are in Pittsburgh .“
“I love the burgers at twin peaks. I recently started going here, and I fell in love with the hangover burger. I buy the billionaire bacon as well, sooo good. I like the fries as well, but they have a bit too much seasoning for me. I also enjoyed the blonde beer. The staff is also pretty cool never had an issue with them. And I can't wait to go back and get another hangover burger.Vegetarian options: Salads and they have bean burgersDietary restrictions: Just ask them to take whatever off or exchange the meat for beansParking: A lot of parking just a tonWheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp in the front, I believe.“
“Our first time and it was nice my 12 year old has always been a picky eater so chicken nuggets Mac and cheese and french fries is always his go to but he didn't see any Mac and cheese or chicken nuggets on the menu so he picked a bacon cheeseburger and he had his very first hamburger! And liked it! Hopefully he will continue to try new things!!“
“I recently dined at Sultry F&B and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, especially Madi & Morgan, making excellent recommendations. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The attention to detail in both the food and the service truly elevated the dining experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Sultry F&B is definitely a gem in the Pittsburgh dining scene!“
“Just come home from a wonderful lunch at the Downey House. This may just be the BEST spot for a lovely lunch with friends? A bridal or baby shower? You name it ! The atmosphere , the quality of the food and the amazing service gives this restaurant a solid A++++“
