This is my goto Chinese takeout place. The staff isn't super friendly. The dining area looks half closed. The food is solid, though. Won't blow your mind, but if you're looking for decent Chinese to go, this is the best around for a few miles.
I tried this place because of the advice that the best Chinese food comes from 3 star places. Boy did that apply here! Customer service was prompt but lacked any friendliness. They weren’t rude or mean, just not friendly. I was fine with that, that means the food is going to be good.I ordered a combination plate for Curry Chicken. I went here on a recommendation of a friend who had a great experience. This place was the same as any other mom & pop Chinese restaurant in the region. The food was good but it wasn't great, the staff was pleasant but not super welcoming, and the atmosphere bordered on dreary but maintained.I'll probably eat here again but not with any sense of anticipation.
