Like most McDonald's, the service and food is very hit or miss depending on the staff. Usually we have a better experience of we eat in, so we placed our order on the app. It told us to take a number and find a table. We did that. The app says they will bring it to the table. The front tables were full so we sat in the back. After 10-15 minutes, we went to see why the food wasn't out. It turns out it's been sitting on the counter for a while and was now cold. Very convenient ordering online with the McD App. Order ahead & food is ready with online order code at drive through or brought out to you in designated parking space. Always good Deals and rewards makes prices lower and portion value much better?

I do not like WcDonald! I am very traditional and very good. I do not like when my favorite arch brand is changing upside down! I have tried calling to get McDonalds back but it never has worked. I am not excited for this and hope the mistakes have been realized. My food was acceptable, but my experience is not great.
