“It's one lady cooking and taking care of all customers & she's amazing. The food is amazing especially the fried whiting & she works fast to get her busy day and orders out of the way in a timely manner. I love it! I just moved to morrisville from Virginia and I love it!“
“I'm a sucker for Dives lol. Higher-end bars, city rooftops and lounges all have their place, but so do local dive bars lol. Calm casual atmosphere, not smoky or anything inside. Plenty of pool tables and keno that locals play. I got breakfast. Eggs were great, and toast was perfect. Very reasonably priced. People weren't used to newbies coming in but were very friendly. It's a good place to try out if hiking the Canal Path!“
“My husband and I have had breakfast here a few times, always good, so we tried dinner last night. We both ordered the 12oz. strip steak and I like mine rare and he likes his well done and they were both cooked perfectly! The meal also included a baked potato and green beans. I love the food! The prices are reasonable and I can't wait to try their lunch. So happy we discovered this place!!“
“My new favorite place. Truly can only sing praises, the place is beautiful, our server was incredible, the food was the best we have had in this area and that’s a tall order. Homemade desserts were an experience on their own. Banana cream crème brûlée was by far my favorite dessert of all time. This host is and goes above and beyond. Five of our family members will speak very highly and be sure to come back with friends. This place is special in every way. We’re grateful for such a nice experience.“
“Stopped here for the first time and had a good meal for dinner. It is a fairly new location, but still glad to see how nice, bright and clean everything appeared to be. Very comfortable atmosphere. Tried the fish and chips on the specials menu which was well done. Also tried the chicken parm which was also good.“
“This is my fourth visit to Jules@Market and it is always amazing! We had a reservation and was promptly seated. Service was very responsive, our waiter brought the salads out before the appetizers but when we told him he quickly took the salads back and gave us the appetizers... delicious clams and shrimp cocktail. For our main dish I had the scallops seared to perfection. My boyfriend had salmon in an amazing sauce, and my friends had sea bass and tuna. All fresh in a special sauce. We ordered fingerling potatoes and broccolini a la carte. For dessert we had the most delicious key lime pie which came with whipped cream and a side of ice cream. My friend had bananas foster which came with ice cream. It was my friend's first visit and they loved it. They said the restaurant was “a cut above.” The noise in the room was high as I have hearing issues but I turned up the volume of my hearing aids and it worked. I'm 70 this year but keeping very active and enjoying life!!“
“Attached to the Marketfair Mall, Seasons 52 of Princeton offers a peaceful dining experience, even for large groups and leans more towards light options, such as salads, along with seafood and vegetarian options. We were there for a birthday party with a large group of about 12 people, but the staff managed our group well and accommodated our requests, including easily splitting the check at the end of the night. We found ourselves in the back room, which was nice, but it felt a bit odd with people from the mall walking by and peeking in at the large window peers into a mall entrance, which gave a slightly uncomfortable feeling of being watched. The cocktail selection was nice, mostly looked as it was catering to wine connoisseurs as I didn't see a beer list. I opted for their Bourbon & Berries cocktail which worked though in hindsight I should have gone for bourbon on the rocks. As for the food, I opted for the lamb, which was flavorful, though perhaps a tad more salty than I prefer. Overall, it was a delicious meal that satisfied my hunger. While I don't frequent Seasons 52 often, this experience has me considering another visit in the future.“
“First time visiting Charcoal and won't be my last. Met up with a friend here today for lunch. We split the brioche donut, which was amazing! I ordered the fancy smash burger (the double) and my friend ordered the Korean fried chicken sandwich. My burger was incredible, one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time. My friend really enjoyed his chicken sandwich, says it was the perfect amount of heat.I'll be bringing my family back here soon so they can try or for themselves.“
“First visit here. Seated promptly, server (Jesse) was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, knew his menu, made great recommendations and made the entire experience memorable. Excellent cocktail menu, so many choices on the food menu and also had a nice selection of nightly specials. Food was prepared perfectly and was excellent. Cajun Blue Filet, Braised Short Ribs and a short rib pasta at our table and all were outstanding. Even had a member of the clean plate club who never has been a member before! We will be back!“
“Excellent place, delicious food, very good prices and very professional attention from Evelyn. Without a doubt she is an incredible collaborator of this restaurant. Without hesitation I will return again with my wife. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“A cool local pub that serves amongst other things, pork roll sanwiches. I had never had a pork roll and so on a whim was suggested to try The Pines Tavern and it was pretty good. The service was exceptional, super friendly staff behind the bar, which I always appreciate.“
“Awesome place! Nice crew that gave me a good suggestion. The 'Jersey Steak' was phenomenal. Got it with extra cheese, and I got a fountain soda on the side. Considering the extra cheese, drink, and specialty steak, I think the $22 I spent was totally worth it. Had enough for lunch and dinner. Thanks, Meatheadz!Parking: Huge parking lot“
“Lovely place, delicious food, very accommodating with food allergies, lovely, friendly host! I have come here several times and am always impressed with the food and overall! I have had the crabcakes here, which were by far the best I have had anywhere, and now tried the new smashburger, which was fantastic, and came with a side of gluten free fries, and they even had a gluten free bun!“
“We came here with a party of eight plus a 7 yr old child. The restaurant was clean and had something on the menu for everyone. The service was amazing. Jason was fantastic as well as the chef and his wife who's the co-owner.The food was flavorful and not over seasoned like what you'd find in chain restaurants. We ordered wings (extra crispy) for appetizers and we ended up ordering some to go-they were very good. The chef (Bishop) came out to say hello and he was so warm and delightful. This is a hidden gem and we'll definitely be coming back again soon!“
“Some of the best pizza!! Was pleasantly surprised at how delicious these slices were. Went with the chicken bacon ranch and the buffalo chicken ones and they were amazing. The crust wasn’t overly doughy and was cooked perfectly. Love a pizza that has a thin crust. The toppings were packed on to every slice. Such a good place with great customer service too. Will definitely be back!!“
“The food was very, very good. both my wife and I were pleased. The service was attentive and at times excellent, but there were a few misses in terms of offering alternatives. At times the servers seemed rushed. This is nit-picking but service was just below outstanding.“
“This restaurant is my favorite go-to place for business and personal meals. The food, service and staff are excellent. What I really like is the atmosphere. Wherever you’re seated, you have enough space and are separated from other patrons to hold private conversations and not feel like you’re in each other’s space. I highly recommend this restaurant.“
“The consistency of excellent food and service is remarkable. We have had numerous meals there and several banquets that were truly outstanding .Very enjoyable experiences and my hat off to Alex the General Manager for checking to see that everyone is happy..“
“First I would like to acknowledge our waiter, Joshua B. He was such a pleasure and so attentive and personable. The recommendations were great and his personality was an experience in itself. The manager was also amazing and my only regret was not getting his name. Now let’s get into the food…EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING prepared was delicious. The tuna tartare and lobster bites were my absolute favorite apps. The entrees were phenomenal. I have the surf and turf and my wife had the cowboy with the lobster and cherry pepper topping and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was lovely and the drinks ESPECIALLY THE POMEGRANATE SPRITZ and Pomegranate Sangria …AMAZING !“
“Was having kind of a weird day when I decided to stop by for pizza and had a great experience. Shout-out to my server Molly who has generally nice vibes and was very patient and kind even though I was taking longer than usual to figure out what I wanted.“
“The Coffee Cup Cafe is an absolute gem! I had the best breakfast experience of my life here. The pancakes were incredibly fluffy, the bacon was cooked to perfection, and the coffee was absolutely delicious. The staff was so inviting and made me feel right at home - it was like being at a friend's house! If I didn't live so far away, I would make this my daily spot without a doubt. If you're in the area, do not miss the opportunity to visit this delightful cafe. It's a true breakfast paradise!“
“The long Island ice tea was top notch. The steak, mashed potatoes and green beans were excellent. The wait staff were very accommodating. It was my daughter's birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed her birthday lunch. I highly recommend making a reservation as you won't be disappointed.Kid-friendliness: My 18 month granddaughter was treated like a princess.“
“I was hosting a large internal dinner for my team of 43 people. A big dinner I know! I searched for a few places in princeton and stumbled upon elements. I made a reservation about a month in advance and communicated to their head of events about any changes that needed to be made. Upon arrival we were taken upstairs to one of their private areas. Our area had a front row view of the kitchen which I thought was super cool! Reminded me of Hell's Kitchen hahaha! We were seated and were immediately asked about drinks. Because we had a large group, everyone trickled in at different times. We honestly waited until about an hour to make orders. What I do wish happened during this time is that they'd pass the bread or some sort of sharable snack to eat. We then each ordered our 4 course meals ($89 each). Each course had a vegetarian/vegan option. I choose the Tuna Tartare to start, then the Rutabega, Kinpachi (fish), and I asked for fruit since I gave up sugar for lent. However, regardless of what you choose everyone started off with a sort of dumpling. Not sure what was in it, but it was delicious and a nice way to start us off on this food journey together. The food: 1. Tuna Tartare: This was delicious. Maybe my favorite thing in the menu. The staff recommended you eat it like a taco kinda, which I highly recommend! This had the right amount of flavors and kept me wanting more! Really started on a high note!! 2. Rutabaga: This was good. Kinda reminded me of a squash. Wasn't bad, but I kinda wish I got the squid. It's a little soupy, but delicious!! 3. Kanpachi: Now this was delicious! I wish it was a much bigger portion! I was so shocked how small it was. I was like this is it? For my entree? As I'm writing this i'm still hungry lol! But it was good, just not nearly enough! 4. Fruit: I gave up added sugar for lent, so I asked if there was anything else they could give me. They surprised me with fruit, which was delicious! You can't go wrong with fruit! Overall a really great find and a beautiful restaurant. Great service, but way too small of portions! Like give me a meal! I don't need to be stuffed, but I want to feel fed.“
“We held a birthday celebration for my Wife at the Vault in their private event room. We hosted over 50 guests and the room was perfect for a party of that size. Plenty of seating throughout, and the room was nice and comfortable. Everyone enjoyed themselves and raved about the food! Last, but not least, Sarah and the entire staff at the Vault that took care of us for the 3 hour event were awesome! Helpful and attentive and making sure the experience for everyone was great. Sarah was communicative and helpful in putting together the event as well. I would recommend using the Vault for a private event. We are very happy with how everything turned out!“
“Great local spot with good food, the bartenders are friendly, smile laugh and joke with the patrons in and around the bar which is what good bartenders are supposed to do other then serve drinks. My only thing is I wish the information about the specials were easily available on social media platforms to review. Called several times about the meat loaf Marasala special to see if it was available and was told to call back at lunchtime to get the information called back at 2pm was told...still no information on the specials yet ?other then that still a great place to eat and drink. I'm a bar hill gin drinker and shots are $16 fyi so bring your wallets. My hide out when I want to be amongst adults where im not the oldest in the room.“
“The prime rib was delicious and cooked to perfection. All the sides were delicious ?Parking: Very busy location. It's inside of shopping mall .Wheelchair accessibility: Yes someone has to hold the door open. There is handicap parking.“
“This place is amazing. This was my first time having this place. It was amazing, from the girl taking the order and explaining how ordering worked. She even gave my son a sample of Mac and Cheese to my son to try before ordering his kids meal. While eating Maribeth came around and was giving out samples. She was clearing off tables and asking if she could clear off what we were done with. She was very friendly and we enjoyed talking with her.I will say the snap bean are amazing and if I could’ve, I would’ve brought the whole pot home. All of the food is delicious.. I had pulled chicken and brisket, along with cornbread and snap bean and baked beans and you get so much food, the meats are so tender and flavorful. So worth the hour drive.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and it’s filled with all of the foods kids love.. they even let the kids sample the Mac and cheese.“
“I had a great time here. I don't go out much but one of the servers allowed my child to use the bathroom the day before even though we weren't customers and I thought that was very nice. Looked like a good crowd so I went back the next day for happy hour. I was the only black person but I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Everyone was friendly. Drinks were good. Food was good. I enjoyed the music. Loved the bartenders, especially woody, he's a cutie and good time.:) Anyway, I'll be back again.“
“We were out of towners stuck during Thanksgiving and stopped in here for lunch and a drink. We sat out back on the patio enjoying the view of the river til we got too cold. First of all - this might have been the best chicken pot pie I’ve had, and I’ve had a few. Secondly, everyone who worked there was beyond hospitable and so great. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back in New Jersey but if I am I’m B-lining it here to eat another pot pie ?“
“03.09.24Stopped for an early dinner. They were able to seat us right away. Ordered the pretzel appetizer. Pretzels were beautifully soft on the inside and had a lovely garlic butter and herb drizzle with a rich cheddar and ale dipping sauce. I ordered the fingers and dips, we also enjoyed the beef stroganoff, and the chicken and brie sandwich. All was served perfectly. The batter on my chicken was so crispy and the chicken was tender. The creamy Chipotle dip was my favorite. I also had the strawberry lemon drop martini. Easily one of top 5 martinis! Loved it! We finished with the chocolate peanut butter mousse. It was creamy and beautifully served. I would have preferred a stronger chocolate to peanut butter ratio. I also would have taken off the mixture of nuts, chocolate chips and Pretzels. Our server, Devon, was WONDERFUL!ALL in all - WORTH IT! Would definitely return!“
“For a short notice, the venue and menu worked great for a family get together. Amber was our waitress and made sure we got our items correctly and efficiently. Would recommend Millers, specifically Ambers section to anyone.Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menu“
“Generally all is great. Made reservations to get a booth. (Way bad back) and when we got there they JUST gave it away. Then they tried to put us in a 2 top scrunched in the upstairs closer to the front windows. If you know the seats , there is no way we were sitting there. Walked out and went to the new place Bordentown Square. Which was very good. Been back there twice.“
“I ordered the most delicious lunch from here a few weeks ago, via door dash. Was absolutely craving their sweet potatoes and fried shrimp. But unfortunately they are temporarily "closed on door dash" Super bummed, but great food!!“
“I called ahead to schedule a team lunch for our out of state hockey team (total of 36 people, about half were kids). They were extremely accommodating, quick to respond, and set up a plan to make sure we were able to order and pay for each family efficiently.I sent our orders in 24hrs in advance by family hockey number and when we arrived, everything went so smoothly!!! Pitchers of water were already on the tables, additional drink orders quickly taken, and food started to come quickly. Everything tasted great and the service was amazing!!!Thanks again from the DE Ducks PW hockey team! We would highly recommend The Borough Pub!“
“This is my second visit to The Dinky Bar and Grill in Princeton which offers great views of the campus. We were going to see a play at McCarter and it is so convenient being across the street. The Dinky has an intimate vibe. Being the original Train Depot the feel of the place is still a train depot which I love. The menu is limited but certainly enough to choose from. There are shareable plates as well full entrees. Very good food and drinks. Our server Kayla was amazing. She needs to be recognized because she was extraordinary. A very busy place pre theater but Kayla never stopped smiling Great experience all around. Will definitely be going again.“
“I've stopped in here a few times with my partner and teen for breakfast. It's a simple little place for breakfast or lunch doesn't try to add a lot of frills. The place is typically busy whenever we've gone, which I don't prefer, but is indicative of the quality in this case. While my partner has only ever ordered the fish and chips, I try something new more often than not. Everything from the above mentioned fish and chips, to the burgers, to the eggs, to their chicken and waffles have all been delicious so far, and I look forward to slowly exploring the rest of the menu.“
“This place is a must-see. Parking is a pain, but walking through the door is a perfect bar and grill with great food and good service. Hamburger and Cuban sandwich are on point. Wings and fried shrimp were delicious. This is a really fun bar in a non-descript location. Reservations recommended for parties more than 2.“
“Great place! When you walk in, you feel like you're instantly transported into a restaurant in NYC. Atmosphere and decor is on point. The Truffle Mushroom Bruschetta, Fried Cheese Curds and Go-Gho Cauliflower appetizers were amazing! And the Shrimp n' Grits dinner was so good!“
“I’ve lived in this area for over 20-years. I’ve been to this Applebees only 3-times in about the last 10-years. I’m writing this review because of the outstanding service that I received all 3-times. Carla, Aaliyah, and Angelina are top-notch employees. I definitely recommend eating at this spot!“
“Dean and his staff know how to get stuff done right. Booths are small and cramped in order to accommodate more people. Lines are out the door as is and they really can’t increase their capacity and volume anymore. It’s cash only too. But again, Dean and his staff get stuff done right! When it comes to breakfast, they know what they’re doing.Typically slammed most days with people wanting a nice breakfast and you’ll get one here. Everything I’ve ever ordered came out good! It’s a great little diner!“
“Had a great dinner tonight with my family. Fish and chips were some of the best we’ve had in a while. Randall and Paul, or servers were very attentive, and we never had to wait for anything. Julie, the manager check to make sure everything was fine and, also got refills on our beverages. High recommend this establishment.“
“I drove past this place after delivering something for work next door. I never saw or heard of the place before, even though I lived in Ewing for school for 4 years and currently work right in Lawrenceville now. The outside atmosphere of the place looked very historical and warm. I decided to look up the menu and thought it looked good, so I brought my girlfriend here for her birthday. Neither of us knew what to expect. When we walked inside, we noticed the restaurant was cozy with a nice bar and a few tables to sit at. The music was playing faintly and was a calm and relaxing place to celebrate her birthday. The food was great too, french onion soup was one of the best I ever had, and our pasta dishes of penne vodka and seafood fra diablo were cooked very well. The waitstaff was great and the whole experience was worth the visit. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.“
“So this is a hard review for me, I live very close (currently). Their wings are phenomenal for the price and the kitchen is open till 10pm. I came in at 9:30 after a late night and the wings were just as good. Wings 5 stars, the rest is 3.5 stars. Atmosphere is not for everyone but a good time and the regulars are very nice. Free shuffle board and a few bucks for pool. It is definitely worth trying on a Wednesday or a late Friday or Saturday night as they are open late and know how to party. I’ve come on quiet Sundays and middle of the week, all was well there too. It’s a solid 4 stars overall and that is a brutal review for a place I truly love. **edit** alcohol is relatively cheap. Mixed drinks could use some work but lots of options. I got 8 wings and a miller draft for $9.89 (03/2024)“
“We just had a retirement party last night and the food was amazing. Derek was always checking on us to make sure that we had everything we needed. I will definitely have another party there again. We had about 30-40 people there and definitely had enough food and drinks and the food was “
“We would like to thank Manager, George Simann, for a wonderful dining experience yesterday afternoon. On a very busy St. Patrick's Day, there was a problem with the dinner I ordered. Mr. Simann came to our table to offer apologies, give an explanation and offer a remedy. Well done! We all enjoyed our dinner and were very impressed with the level of service. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of our waiter but he was professional, friendly and attentive as well. We will be back.“
“Olivia is always so warm, welcoming and accommodating. We visit each time we come to Princeton from Atlanta. She always remembers! Christian served us - wonderful. The meal is perpetually amazing. Thank you for your hospitality. See you in April! The Behls“
“Had a special birthday party here on a Saturday afternoon. Everything was fantastic! We brought a special birthday dessert from an outside buainess and the manager and waiter were extremely helpful and gracious with serving it. Very impressed and will definitely be back.“
“More food than you can eat in one seating! Quick seating. Great staff! Will be back again! Alicia was a Great waitress and would ask for her! She was always ahead of what we needed! Keep up the Great service!!!!Parking: Was plenty of spots for a Friday night!“
“We just did take out for the first time and pizza was very good and I saw they had garlic knot sandwiches on Facebook. I called and he said they were not on menu every day but if I let him know early, he could make it. Well it was 3pm and I said me me two chicken parm sandwiches on huge garlic knots. Did NOT disappoint. So good I would definitely eat here again!!“
“Live music in the greenhouse is more like a community event than a restaurant.A wide selection of local beers, decent pizza & salads, and ice cream (inside the farm store), make this a fun group outing!Kid-friendliness: The open dining in the greenhouse make for the perfect place for kids to run around between the picnic tables. And if the weather is nice, there's a playground just outside.“
