Sooo Everytime I order on door dash, Im missing stuff that I paid for.. so I started using their app? it's always busy, I have to pull on the side ( what's the point of preordering on the app? THEN IM STILL MISSING Stuff FROM THE ORDERS once I get home!
I made my order. The cashier repeated my order to me. I confirmed stating my order again. Wait 15 minutes while the lobby was relatively empty (only 2 people ordering at the kiosk inside and I was the first car in the line of 4 at the drive thru), get my food.....AND.....the completely wrong order! Walk back inside, didn't help that it was raining this day, wait another 5 minutes and get my order, was told don't worry about the price difference between what i was given and what...read full review

Had a staff member refuse me the free veterans meal on Veterans Day and laugh in my face. The regional manager called me shortly after and sent me a coupon for a free meal and apologized, so I was happy with the outcome, I suppose.
