“Easily the best pizza I've had in Pittsburgh! I'm from NY and I've been looking everywhere for the perfect slice. This is it. Ingredients are all made in-house and it shows. We just finished our order and I already can't wait to go back. I don't review much on yelp but you all need to know about this place!!!”
“amazing place, turkish coffee was superb, i had meat qutab which was delicious and lamb chops. highest reccomendation. the staff was extremely kind and hospitable. service was at a very relaxed pace which is wonderful because many restaurants want to rush you; they did not at all :).”
“Everything is fabulous! Quiches, sandwiches, even the French flatbread (my favorite) were so fresh. The options for pastries is hard to narrow down as we loved them ”
“I love this sub shop! The bread and deli ingredients are always fresh, the meatballs are delicious, and the workers go out of their way to learn your sub order so you feel special when you walk in. There’s never a long wait even during a busy lunch rush. I’ll be a repeat customer for a long time!”
“We just recently moved to Pittsburgh and love Thai food. We ended up eating here 3 times that first week. Amazing flavor in their dishes. Be warned, they take their spice levels seriously. 7/10 is hot! Overall, amazing food with great flavor. Try the basil or garlic dish with shrimp!”
“Have come here before the new ownership and the coffee and lemonade were really good. But ever since the new ownership, the coffee and lemonade just doesn’t taste as good anymore. Kind of has gone downhill the lemonade just tastes like watered down lemon sugar water needs more lemons in it. The coffee is good but noticed the last time I got coffee here there was a lot of the syrup at the bottom of the cup that I had to stir it up a lot to get the flavor in the coffee. Overall this place is good but need improve the lemonade better.”
“I am 70 yrs old and lived in the South Hills all my life. Mineo's pizza has always been my favorite pizza in the world since I was 8 or 10 yrs old, it's #1 to me!!! I have always heard some people say Fiori's on Capital Ave. in Brookline is better than Mineo's. I finally tried Fiori's today. I will say it was very good, but definitely not better than Mineo's. To me, Mineo's crust is better. Deep down I knew it would still be #1 to me. ? ? ?”
“I enjoyed their pizza and the experience dining in before I learned that I could not have foods with gluten. I will definitely return if they ever add gluten-free pizza, but until then, I'll travel east to Mercurio's.”
“What sets Betsy's apart from other ice creameries is attention to detail. Betsy's encapsulates the spirit of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh Pride. It's dark, alluring and will break your heart (when it's sold out).”
“A Pittsburgh classic, worth experiencing at least once. My sandwich (double egg and cheese) was excellent, the fries so savory and the cole slaw so crisp. Will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: Not a lot of vegetarian options, but my go-to is the double egg and cheese classic sandwich. They used to have an impossible or beyond burger, iirc, but I didn't see that on the menu this time around.”
“I met my future wife here. She is the love of my future life!Dietary restrictions: The establishment did serve candy cigarettesParking: Clean, very cleanKid-friendliness: They gave my kid smiles and free coffeeWheelchair accessibility: Steep ramp”
“We had a great meal with friends. Atrias kept the drinks flowing all night. We especially enjoyed the habenero mango mules. The yuengling battered fish was great too.”
“This location has always had great pizza. I’ve never had to wait for my order. The only downside to this location to be the parking lot but when you go in the evening, there’s not many cars there. I also only order online to be picked up in the store and they have never incorrectly made my order. Not to mention the two pizza deals are great value and plenty of food.”
“Brendan is the absolute best employee at this Panera. He was on his A-Game while he took our order and suggested a really good deal regarding my points.Dude is fire and needs a raise.”
“I'm so glad I finally made it here! The food is delicious & the service was wonderful. I loved the atmosphere & I hope to sit in the garden once it's warmer outside!”
“Cannot beat authentic Italian food! Stopped food was fantastic, drinks were perfectly crafted and the atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. Will be back again!”
“Wow, what a find! Such a special dining experience. Our family of 6 loved everything! From the fresh bread, to the salad and the homemade pasta, you can tell the menu is made with love. It was pretty noisy, but that added to the charm, and made us feel very comfortable bringing our kids. So glad we found this local restaurant from a Google search. Highly recommend!”
“Phenomenal vegan restaurant!Tried the doubles, fried oyster mushroom sandwich, a jackfruit fritter special, plantains, house made sorrel wine, and tamarind-ginger cocktail featuring Maggie’s Farm rum!Service is friendly and efficient.”
“The ice cream and waffle were so tasty! And the guy in the shop (I assume the owner) was friendly and passionate about everything! Will definitely be coming back in the future :)”
“This is one of my favorite businesses in Sharpsburg. They're so creative and artsy, and the place is a joy to visit. The ice cream is delicious and always generously filled with candies and confections. I love their Instagram account photos too; I can't possibly try all the flavors, so it is nice to be able to see all the new flavor names and creations.”
“Every meal is prepared with love, and Kevin will brighten your day with his contagious positivity, joy, and love for life. My cheeseburger and fries were made to perfection, and I will be craving the pound cake for life! I would recommend Kevin’s Deli to anybody in need of high quality food, a good laugh, and uplifting conversation.”
“The service was awesome. The staff is so friendly. It's a nice atmosphere. I got the proper southern breakfast and it was delicious. I'll definitely be going back!”
“Had an amazing meal! As expected the starters (caviar deviled egg), amuse bouche, main courses (aged strip, wild mushroom fettuccine) , and sides (crab cake, potatoes) were all perfect.Since I was so focused on deciding on those, the other parts were an afterthought to me. And I’m glad, cause that made them my favorite part! The bread (sourdough with chive garlic butter), salad (Roasted pear and goat cheese), drink (rum, pineapple, green chili!) and dessert (angel food grilled cheese) all have been stuck in my head since.Service was top notch, and nothing beats the view”
“Alex and David are amazing!! They were so nice and explained to me everything I needed to know about the food and sauces!! Truly they both made me feel welcomed and comfortable and I'll definitely be returning!!I wish everyone was as fabulous as those two!! The whole team is great!”
“Im Korean and new to Pittsburgh. This has been my best experience in a restaurant or cafe. The food and pastries were phenomenal. Even though they were extremely busy, two employees made time to ask me how my food was. It is a testament to the quality of their food and service. New favorite cafe in Pittsburgh!!! Get the mushroom toast and strawberry tartlet! Going back tomorrow.”
“Senti is always consistent -- and consistently GOOD!! We shared the appetizer meat and cheese tray which had some of their best selections ever (didn't leave a morsel on the plate). I had the short rib with polenta - perfectly done, and one of my favorites. My wife had the red snapper special, which was perfectly prepared and delicious. We shared the apple custard tart to end another great meal!! And, yet once more, I praise and thank everyone at Senti for doing it right!”
“We had a good breakfast here. My favorite is the Indonesian rice they served and pandang eggs. Ms. Meisha made sure to receive feedback from us to improve the hotel and food services. Looks like they will have promising growth.”
“Senyai has some amazing Thai food. I really love their Pad Medmamuang. The crispy chicken in roasted chili sauce with cashews give it a superior taste. It’s absolutely delicious and if you like chicken, you should give it a shot. Their Grapow Kai Krop is also one of my favorite. I have tried grapow in other Thai restaurants but senyais just taste better. This time I tried their red curry with tofu. The tofu was so soft and delicious. The curry was okay. They also have the patio open which makes senyai one of the few places in Pittsburgh to allow outdoor seating even in winter. Overall, the place is cute. I recommend making reservations over weekend as it gets really busy.”
“Great: service, portion sizes, after dinner cocktailGood: creativity of dishes, taste of dishesOK: price pointEh: it's loud. Ate late on weeknight and it was half fullI think a few of the previous reviews were a bit harsh, but it's the diners responsibility to know going in what menu looks like and what price point is.We had one dish from each "size" and desert and it was plenty of food. Not disappointed we ate there, not sure I'd go again for same menu.”
“Delicious shawarma sandwiches, meat pie, hummus , falafel!Genuine homemade taste and quality.Vegetarian options: HummusBabaSleekSpinach pieSalads including tabboulehKid-friendliness: Laid back”
