“Food is always fresh! If you do have to wait a little bit it’s because they are making it fresh for you. Also, every time I’ve ever had an even slightly above average wait time, I’ve been given a frosty or drink for my inconvenience. That is customer service. Great place.“
“I love Dairy Queen so much. Their food and ice cream is so good. The only thing I don't like is that they seem to have new staff every two weeks so there are a lot of mess ups because workers often don't know what they're doing. Sometimes I also spend a long while waiting in the lobby for someone to give me my order when I see it sitting on the ledge between the kitchen and front area just melting. Which isn't fun.“
“I usually have bad luck in new Castle. Alot of people are not fit to be in customer service. I noticed at the Wendy's on state street, even though our order was hard to comprehend, Mike took our order and after like it was no big deal. He handled everything with ease and very polite. “Vegetarian options: I'm vegan, the only vegan menu items that I could find was the salad bar which was really good. And The impossible burger. Now, I didn't have my glasses with me so I may have missed something. Service was wonderful.“
“What a hidden gem! They serve breakfast all day. I'd never been here before, and will go back. The food and service were amazing. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for home cooking and great service. The portions are large and the prices are very economical also.“
