Casa Villaseñor

My wife and I went to Casa Villaseñor and it was amazing to say the least. We started out with the fish tacos. Paty doesn’t spicy at all, au contraire to me, I had to put hot sauce on mine. She was very happy and I was too. The tacos are fried but you can also get the fish sautéed if you prefer. They are served in a flour tortilla with a creamy sauce. We went last night for the first time. It was after 7 and only the owner's family and their small children were in the dining area. Service was very good. The shrimp tacos were amazing! It is a total hole in the wall, ambience was less than desirable after working with small children all day lol, BUT the food was AUTHENTIC and INCREDIBLE. The sauce was AWESOME on the tacos! The food here was freshly prepared and had great flavor. I went here for lunch and the service was lacking a bit, but that was due to there only being one person who was working. I would recommend this place if you are looking for great, authentic Mexican cuisine.
