Terrible ghost kitchen that specializes in nothing. Nothing is homemade. All frozen & reheated. I hate when places pose as authentic just to screw you over. It's called unreal because it is. Don't waste your money. Awful customer service as well.

Loved the flavor of the sauce! We went with the pan pizza, and it was loaded with lots of cheese and packed with flavor, crust was perfect! Such a filling pizza! very nostalgic flavor, takes me back to when I was younger and we'd always get pan pizzas. 5/5 would eat again! I have friends from Chicago, I can't wait for them to try the deep dish!

I literally got food poisoning the next day. It’s called unreal because the food literally isn’t real it’s really disgusting

I always use Uber to get my food from this place so with that being said I’ve never been inside of the unreal chicken facility but the food alone gets 5 stars. I have a hard time actually finding good chicken. No nasty bristle through the chicken, always comes nice and warm. I really have nothing but good things to say. It’s cheap and good. It’s a win win! I would definitely recommend. :))

My wife and I have eaten at Unreal Kitchen several times, all with positive experiences. However today, the website said that the online ordering was down. We made a phone call to the business hoping to place an order, only to be turned away and told that they were sorry, but were resolving the online ordering problem. We waited briefly before deciding to stop in person assuming that one could place an order in person. Again, we were told exactly the same thing as on the phone and turned away.Am i wrong in thinking that writing down the order by hand might be an option? Am i missing something as how a business is operated? This company will not maintain customers by operating only through a broken online ordering system. And, it has lost my wife and I as future customers. This is unacceptable to run a business that way.

I order using there online website on 9/12. I spent almost $60 and received a email that there was an issue with my purchase. I called as directed. No one answered. I went there and they were closed. Okay I was expecting my money back. I called again to follow-up. There was still no answer and no indication that they would be refunding me my money.

"Ghost kitchens" are a hot topic these days because a lot of major chains and fly-by-night operations are using them to rebrand and tap into new markets. They often get a bit of a bad wrap when customers find out a new "brand" is just repackaged bland chain restaurant food. I've placed a few orders from a few different places on Doordash and a bit of detective work showed me they all had two things in common:1) They all came from the same nondescript building2) The food was all excellentThis is a ghost kitchen done right! Whether it's burgers, chicken, or hotdogs, the food is all on point. The hotdogs in particular are among the best I've had. This is an interesting concept and looks to be a successful one.

This was my second trip to Unreal Kitchen so I knew where to go. Online ordering is a breeze, but I wish more smaller items were included without all the upcharges, such as basic ketchup. Anyway, I ordered the BLT and a small order of fries. The location could be better since it's right on a busy road with a narrow entrance. Blink and you'll miss the place and drive right on by. The small dirt parking lot is shared by two other small businesses and is in very poor condition with potholes. I hope someday it is paved over and widened. After I parked, I clicked on my phone message link to indicate I was ready for pickup. Six minutes later, my food was delivered to me in my car and I was ready to go. The fries were good, although they are not hand-cut (that would really improve the taste) and my BLT was delicious. But my real "beef" with it happened on the second bite of my BLT when I bit into something very hard which really hurt my back tooth. It was a tiny gray stone! I don't know how a stone got into my burger, but I was super cautious with each remaining bite. On rare occasion, I have found tiny bone fragments in other establishments' burgers, but this was my very first stone. I do want this small business to succeed and notified the owner via Yelp messaging to make them aware. My experience is, in all likelihood, a one-off situation. I was hoping to add this place into my regular rotation, but now I might wait a while before going back. Don't let my experience scare you away. Be sure to try them for yourself!

I tried a few things from Unreal Kitchen and it was all delicious! I did curbside pickup. Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich: Very hot, very delicious. The pickles and slaw do a good job cooling this sandwich down. It's so good and I ate the whole thing myself! Korean Chicken Sandwich: This sandwich also had some heat to it but was sweet, too! Topped with pickled onions, pickles, a chipotle crema and black sesame seeds, this might have been my favorite of everything I tried! Cheese Curds: These cheese curds rule. They're well seasoned and served with chipotle ranch. I still have some of these leftover and I'll be finishing them today. Onion Rings: These were very nicely battered. I thought they were much less greasy than a typical onion ring and I was VERY happy about that. Loved them! Peanut Butter Layered Cake: This peanut butter cup cake rules. The icing was rich, the cake was moist, and I thought the cake crumb on the back was a nice touch.
