“We came here for dinner and everything was so good. We had a great waitress. She was very efficient and explained all their deals to us and everything we ordered came out the way we all wanted it. They had 50 cents boneless wings that we all added to our orders which is a great deal. My daughter was in her glory because that is her favorite from applebees. Me and my son both had steak and they both were cooked perfectly as we wanted them. My mom had the riblets and they were really tender and fell right off the bone. We had a really nice dinner. I highly recommend their boneless wings. All of their sauces are so good.“
“Manager Stephen came out with the A1 customer service after our server forgot to put a shot on the side as requested when ordered and instead of giving us solutions she gave us “well I can take it and tell them to make it again” ? - ma’am. You should have just said “that’s my fault , I’m so sorry let me bring you one right away”Stephen came out with the good vibes and great customer service to save the day.“

“I’ve visited 3 of these restaurants brand in NY but I feel the food fresher and better customer service from the one in Brooklyn , in the Juntion Triangle . I dont know the waitress name but she has been so nice and professional , always on point and she make your stay affordable and help you with options and if you need to try something new she will give you a hand ! I recommended !“

“My only issue was a set back in waiting to be seated. You should be seated first come first served! It shouldn't be a matter of whether you know a worker or not to receive any special privileges. That isn't good for business.Parking: It's a little congested with cars coming in and leaving out of the busy lot.“

Each of the employees that I encountered had a little conversation with me, made me smile and overall made a bad day end with a good night Just because of their friendliness and conversations!
