This is a mix but I ordered my steak burrito and the girl who served me was so rude and kept rolling her eyes and sighing when i asked for sides, thankfully another girl i think her name was gabi who served me and she was very nice and beautifully rolled my burrito. “I ordered a 15$ burrito bowl (price included two tortillas on the side which I eat by themselves, they're that good when warm!) this was on a Sunday at 11am for pickup in the drive-thru at 11:20. It was ready on time and handed over by a young gentleman who had a positive attitude. The portions were great, the bowl was filled to the tin.I understand service can vary unless you go somewhere like Chik-fil-a, and it can vary at Chipotle greatly depending on management and many other factors, but this specific time including last week which was via doordash, was a great value experience (minus those doordash fees that the driver barely sees).For reference, this same bowl cost me 26$ via doordash after a 4$ tip last week.“
“Good chipotle spot. I get my food here before every shift at a restaurant nearby. Food is quality most days, but if you’re unlucky it’ll be mildly not as fresh. That’s a 3/10 chance. 7/10 chance it’ll be fresh. As far as portions they hook you up here, unless you get unlucky and someone makes your bowl/burrito with low enthusiasm… that’s happened quite a few times but I’m not complaining. Just a fact“

“The food is not bad in taste. The times I have gone, the tables are dirty and I start cleaning mine so I can sit down. The service is very unhelpful. They look at you with a look like hurry up or get out of line. I go and it's because of my husband, but I don't really feel like this food because it takes away my desire even when he comes in and sees everything dirty ?“

“Probably the most inefficient location of any chain restaurant I've had the displeasure of waiting inside of. Not only did they not have my order ready when I arrived 8 minutes after it was supposed to be on the shelf, but they haven't gotten it to me another 20 minutes after that.I've been waiting so long that I decided to actually leave a review about this abhorrent service.Not only am I waiting an unbelievable amount of time, but all of the seats are on the tabletops so I can't sit down.Will update if my order is also botched beyond repair.Whoever is managing this place needs to be either retrained or terminated. This location is doomed if everyone here isn't properly trained.It should probably just be removed from maps results and the chipotle app because quite frankly, it's an embarrassment to the food industry.Also, I haven't mentioned the 15 people in the line for live orders, all waiting an equal amount of time. We all know that isn't a possibility by now.I walked a very short distance home and unwrapped the burrito to find it was not just lukewarm, but cold.The staff literally forgot about it, apparently.Not wanting to waste my hard-earned wages, I plop the sad lump in the microwave.While waiting and watching the one minute timer tick, I thought how much faster and easier it'd be to walk to the Acme next time and just buy a microwave burrito in the first place for less than a third of the price.First bite, I get a few grains of rice that were clearly uncooked or left to dry for a few hours.I won't lie, the rest of it tasted as you'd expect from chipotle. It was fine.However, the experience of having every single live-order customer served before you, despite ordering ahead of time and giving your name 4 times sort of sours the taste of a cold burrito.Unless some public message is posted on this location announcing a few days closed for employee training and orientation, I'm never spending my money here again.9/24 update:Must give credit where it's due, I just ordered a slightly larger order and it was ready at the requested time. Not only that, but the staff had probably 10 more orders ready to go as well.It could simply be that a different crew was working, but the service was excellent, and friendly. Nothing missing, and tasted great.I'm hoping the other team was retrained, otherwise they're giving this set of workers a bad name.I'm changing the rating from 1 to 4 stars.“
“It was our first time at Chipotle. The lady behind the water counter was very friendly, helpful and above all patient with us. The portion was huge. Finally fast food that doesn't leave you feeling like you're eating unhealthy food afterwards.“
“YO, Josh at this location is a real friend. I asked if he could like, strategically avoid the cilantro in the rice and he immediately told me that they have cilantro-less rice in the back. Life changing!! And he let me sample the steak to know if it was spicy or not. He hooked it up and I really appreciate it.“
