I don’t know what’s going on with them today it’s a rush today and I ordered off that app for on the go I get there my tea is done but not my food when I get there they rushing they gave me the wrong omelet bites my food is not hot it’s room temperature my ice tea is not sweet I’m never coming back here again they can’t seem to handle a rush they gotta do better
Still the best coffee but the service could use a little help I placed an order in advance through my app and still had to wait while my ticket sat on the counter while the staff chatted amongst them selves ?

A fairly typical DD. Nothing special but ok. The major problem why I would not intentionally visit the location is because of the neighborhood. It is filthy. I am amazed the city does not work to clean up this area. There is a very major convention center right across the street from this shop but for some reason the city does not appear to care what people think. They clearly have a MAJOR homelessness problem.
