First time there, had an awesome halal burger and the lentil soup with pita bread was also really good. The pistachio cake was delicious. Great place to go to watch soccer. Very friendly guy.

Our second time here and it's absolutely outstanding!!! The food is delicious. Delightful flavors, perfectly cooked. Try the whole fish and the roasted chicken! Eggplant side is to die for! Everything rocks and Rasheed is the most gracious host.

It breaks my heart to say this because we went there to help support Moroccans after the earthquake a week ago. Philly has other Moroccan restaurants that offer far better ambiance, service, food variety, "and" taste for the same price if not less.Very limited menu that included quesadillas and cheeseburgers (?). Just one Moroccan entree per night apart from entrees you would see in restaurants of other cuisines (other restaurants have lamb kebabs).No table service. You order at the counter. No water brought to you, etc.All the food including the pitas were not seasoned at all. No sauce. Nothing to make the ingredients taste exotic.The food brought to us was very slow, and I watched local Moroccans who came in after I ordered get their hot entrees before I got my salad appetizer that later took the guy just 20 seconds to make (after I went back to the counter and stood there without leaving). It made me upset.Portions were small. The shuoshuska side dish was eaten in about 4 bites. My friend's soup was served cold.For the price you pay, you can get much better dining experiences elsewhere. Again, I feel awful saying this as I rarely write negative reviews, and I feel for Moroccan people at this time, but I wish I had seen a review like this before I came.
