Delicious food, birria was awesome. The churros were the best with the dulce de leche. Tres leches could use more leche. The flavor was great though. Had a lemon ginger soda that tasted like kombucha and it was flavorful.
It’s a cute chic place in center city area. The food feel fusion but not really and the atmosphere is quite modern and up scale. A very good edition to Philadelphia for another great Mexican spot. The missing star is just for lack of food and cocktail options. And the food is great but not mind blowing in compare to price of it. I think it might be costlier than El Vez. Every time we come to Philly, we specifically stop by Mission for happy hour and their tasty, tasty guacamole. They have delicious vegetarian tacos and delectable meaty options that are the solid price of $3/taco for happy hour. Atmosphere is also top notch and I really like the cool, central room with the plants. The horchata iced coffee is also another favorite at this spot. Definitely stop by if you can!Vegetarian options: Cauliflower raco and an eggplant taco
