Every time I go I am gambling if they will make the chicken right. Sometimes chicken is tender, sometimes it’s overcooked. Anything other than a basic order, they often forget the sides. They need better selection of chicken. How are they selling this quality?

The food at Popeyes was fantastic and was ready just in time, which I appreciated. However, there were a couple of negative aspects: 1. The staff was a bit rude when I asked about an offer I saw on the app but wasn't available in-store. 2. The cleanliness was extremely poor, with trash on tables, sticky floors, and general dirtiness. It made the short time I spent there (less than 5 minutes since I was only picking up my order) quite uncomfortable.
