Went as a group of 7 and got multiple dishes to share. While I prefer NY or Sicilian style, the pizza here was phenomenal. We got a plain white, plain red, a red with mushrooms and peppers, and a red with sausage and mushrooms. We also got the house salad, arancini, and meatballs. If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. Visiting Philly from Baltimore with another buddy who flew in from Seattle. Stopped in here as I’d been told it was the best pizza in Philadelphia and didn’t disappoint. Stopped in around 3pm and got a small red pizza with pepperoni sausage and olives. I ordered a plain cheese pizza for take out on a Sunday afternoon. I had to wait 25 minutes but it was worth it. Like most places in the city, parking options are very limited. When I walked in to their shop I saw several happy customers eating away, enjoying their food. The place seats about 20 people. Nice low key , no frills, South Philly Italian pizza parlor vibe with very good food. It beats standing in line at Angelo’s.
