Neighborhood queer who has always had a wonderful time eating and sharing time with friends and family here. This spot is a true gem of the community, and I love going here every time. If there was a "Cheers" bar for trans and queer folks in Philly... it would be here, IMHO.
Came here the other week with some friends. The bartenders were great to talk to! Seemed like they had a good relationship with some customers that I’m assuming are regulars, so that’s always good. They were also helpful with ordering. I looooooved the coziness of the bar & always appreciate when a bar has hooks underneath. This was an awesome experience. My group of friends started talking to the owner about the history of the building and all of a sudden the owner left and came back with early 1900 map books. It was such an amazing experience.
