My only suggested change for Burgatory as a whole is to expand to more locations. My family has been to several and always had a great experience. The customization is really varied and the shakes are fantastic. It's almost always packed, but it's always been worth the wait if we have to wait.
Came in on a Saturday afternoon and expected to wait for a table. Took about 25 minutes. Once we were seated our waitress couldn't answer my questions about the gluten free menu because she had been at school and hadn't worked there for a while. Every question we asked we were told she thought it had been that way before she's left for school. Not very helpful. Our food took 55 minutes to come out. The food was good. The burger choices they have are very unique. I also loved the fact that they offered mocktails and milkshakes! Service was very slow. There seemed to be a lot of staff, and it wasn't very busy but I only saw my waitress twice and my food took about 40 minutes to come out. The seating was rather uncomfortable.
