I love Piada. Ive always ordered over the app and never had any issues. (P.s they have great rewards too). Unfortunately this past visit, it seems someone else’s order got put in my bag (1 of the 2 dishes were right). I didn’t check the bag before I got home only to discover we got the wrong item. Luckily, the head chef/manager at this location was so generous and reimbursed our meal and provided a gift card for a future visit.
Like an Italian chipotle. I got the diavolo pasta bowl. The sauce was delicious & not too spicy. I also got a parmesan piada stick which was more filling than I anticipated. Staff was friendly and made jokes with my teenagers. Restaurant was clean and comfortable. When I told the staff that they were out of forks at the silverware station, they not only brought out more, but brought some directly to our table. I can't wait to try their other dishes.

I have dined here many tlmes since opening. I can count on having a fantastic meal every time. I really enjoy the salmon. It's always fresh and cooked nicely. The menu has a nice mix to it. Keep up the good work chefs.
